We would definitely stay here again! The hotel had all of the modern amenities and was extremely clean. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful with a special shout out to Marta, the person we dealt with the most. They were very patient with our minimal Italian although staff all spoke English. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of foods. The staff there were also very welcoming and after one day, anticipated our coffee drinks and made us feel like family. The hotel is conveniently located on a major bus line that travels to city center or to the train station. Also, something that I am rather picky about, there was a good sized bathroom.

I stayed here for two nights as part of a work trip to Bologna. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and the hotel has a quirky design and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, nothing out of this world but some nice pastries.

The only drawback about this hotel is the location. It seems to be in a very residential neighbourhood with nothing much around. I did walk into town one evening but it took me a good 30 minutes. It was also about a 15 minute taxi to the university. Although i did like the hotel itself, I would recommend staying some where in the city centre.

Extremely friendly, very helpful staff. The front desk staff - Eleanor and Maria, I would single out for their friendly, helpful support - but equally the kitchen and breakfast staff as well. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We absolutely loved this hotel and count this as one of our best destination stays. If there was one issue at all, it was the distance from the city center and having to take bus 25 every time we went into the city! But, that is not a major deterrent considering the quality of service and care the hotel provided.

This is a very good hotel for a city visit. It has everything: a really comfortable room, small but really optimized for a good stay, extremely clean and quiet, and a really decent breakfast to start your day. Also in the room and in the hotel reception, you get complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The staff is really helpful: a big thank you to the room cleaners, restaurant staff for putting on a nice breakfast, and the reception for answering all the questions and helping with everything. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre, about a 30-minute comfortable walk, but taxis are available everywhere for about 10 euros for a ride so all in all very convenient location.

I really liked this place. It offered us everything we needed! Comfortable beds, big room, great views over the city of Bologna and a welcome treat which was really lovely! I totally recommend this place! They also offer parking places for those who travel by car. :D

Everything was perfect, I would just like to say that the place where you take the breakfast is too small, if you don't arrive exactly when it starts, you will have to wait because there are not enough tables to sit at. Also, I did not appreciate that they did not refill the food and the leftovers were not enough. Other than that it was great :D

Very nice hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel representative helped us with tickets printing, train info and taxi order. The hotel and the room were clean and well designed. The room was tided daily so thats a nice bonus. Continental breakfast is great especially the pastry - peach tart is a must! The location is close to the main train station - 17 minutes walk. Also close to the airport by taxi (about 17 minutes). But for the city center a little bit far if you plan to return to hotel in the middle of the day by foot. Overall i recommend this hotel.

The rooms are quite clean and well set up with a desk, large bathroom, balcony, and appropriate suitcase storage. They offered a nice selection of veggies, meats, fruits, eggs, juices, coffee, pastries, gluten free breads (including cereal) for breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is well-situated less than a mile from the conference center, near many restaurants as well as grocery stores, and next to a bike path.

Cleanliness and its style

The room was bigger and more modern than I was expecting. Very comfortable bed and desk for work. The breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very friendly.

The room did not have an iron, and when I requested one to the front desk, they said they didn't have one. I was attending a conference, so that was inconvenient. At the day of my departure, I requested a phone call as an alarm for 3 am but I never received the call. When I went to check out (at 3:30am), the front desk staff was napping on a couch. Other than that, the staff were always friendly.

The location of the hotel is good, although it is not in the city center. The hotel has its own parking, but also, public transport is super close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with answers to all our questions.

The biggest minus was missing hot water one day, which was not solved for 24 hours. Along with that, the mini bar was not refilled as were the coffee pads, which was annoying for the hotel without a restaurant.
