Booked a junior suite and was pleasantly surprised with a double storey room. Comes with a balcony but was too cold to stay out. Breakfast was fantastic with nice spread. Even had freshly made eggs and pancakes. Hot from the oven Comfortable room to rest our body.

Climb up and down to utilise the pantry. Get the kettle from below, climb up to fill it up with water, and go back down to boil.

Modern design hotel, very nice interiors and setup of the rooms (junior suite), large room and bathroom with nice amenities, comfortable bed, plenty of cabinet space, balcony, a general feeling of comfort and cleanliness. Elegant but cozy. Large parking place available (12€/night). I recommend this hotel, not cheap but in line with other hotels of the same level.

Nothing really significant, but small details: no slippers in the room at arrival (they were provided at the reception when we asked), and not super professional service of the staff at breakfast, like talking loudly of their private affairs, forgetting where to bring orders or inviting customers to go and fill their glass at the desk when a table nearby asked for some more orange juice. Again, nothing really annoying, but small details a high level hotel like this should look at, if they want to give top service.

The hotel is situated very close to the slope, in a quiet, quiet place. The hotel staff at the highest level was very helpful, they were helpful in every problem, unfortunately we had a few adventures. Rooms very large spacious bright pleasant. Only the bed was uncomfortable, very bouncy, but maybe there are people who like it..Very friendly service at breakfast, coffee and tea served to the table, you can order eggs in various variations. On the last day we were leaving faster and you agreed to come to work 30 minutes earlier to serve us.

never had such a large room for a single rider...nice double bed, small balcony, corner with couch, large bathroom and excellent curtains to keep the light out at night. the breakfast was super, specially if you go for the bicycle rides

parking was really really small for the car...and a small mistake is quickly punished by hitting the wall...

The property had underground parking , it was a new build hotel & the room was lovely, decent bathroom with a bath as well as a shower, there was coffee & tea , kettle & a mini bar. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of cold meats cheeses , hot food as well, the staff were really friendly

Nice design, awesome carpenter work on the diking room roof and in rooms, spacious rooms (we had suite), and lovely helpful staff.

Bring back regular liquid soap, the pill format works for hand washing but not for showers. The outside private terass wood flooring would need to be replaced as it is showing age.

This is an amazing hotel, very new and modern but it still has a welcoming feel as it isn't oversized. The rooms are very generous and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was really good as was the parking garage downstairs, there was always plenty of spaces and you could come and very easily. The staf were all really friendly and very helpful, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel while nice is more of a bed and breakfast. it has a breakfast service but doesn’t have a restaurant or a lounge and entertainment area. given the rates charged for the suite would also be good if these had already included the parking and spa usage rather than charge extra. this would have made it better value for money.

The hotel is just great... very nice staff and delicious breakfast! In walking distance from downtown and old city... Rooms are huge and have a separate living area and a dining area.

The costs for garage are not included, you have to pay it at location. You have to make an appointment for sauna and have to pay extra for it... but still, it is worth having a booking here! Class hotel!

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well designed. The breakfast was enjoyable with enough options to satisfy most and good coffee. The hotel is in a great location, with a short walk to both the slopes and the town centre.

We didn’t appreciate the extra charge for parking and the extra charge for use of the hotel spa. Most hotels of this category include spa use for their guests. It feels greedy to charge extra for this service when you are already a paying guest.
