Nice fam. hotel. Everyone is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing: choice and quality is first class. Walking distance to ski lift.

While I praised their breakfast, dinner was just OK. And we had to wait 1.5hrs for our food as they prioritized a big group. I deducted a star because the hotel sits on a busy road and you can not open the windows at night. Also, you can not get lunch and the bar is somehow not really welcoming. Our room was nice but a bit too small for my liking. We had a good stay but not very good.

The place is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is great, the staff are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For summertime cycling visitors, the basement has a dedicated secure storage room, a bike wash area and a nice work stand.

The room was very cramped for two, especially for people on an active holiday with lots of cycling/hiking/skiing clothes and footware. There is a spacious balcony but that wasn't usable as storage during our stay because of rain storms. Another gripe is that the room was very warm at night but it wasn't possible to leave the window open due to street noise (which the windows did an excellent job of blocking out).

All the employees were so warm, friendly and kind. Location is super... Very clean, warm and nicely decorated hotel...Rooms were so spacious, quiet and warm...really relaxing... Breakfast, oh my God...top level... As cyclists we really appreciated the quality and variety of products... Also the bike garage was something great... I could easily come back...

I hate to notice something negative for this amazing hotel, but the fixed head shower system was not so convenient and the water temperature could not be adjusted so easily...

We had the Cevedale Suite and it was stunning. Views and condition of room were excellent and the underground parking was very good, despite being extremely tight. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate as much as they could.

A lack of AC I can understand in an older building and this far into the alps however, in a 4 star hotel, I would expect there to be a fan available for warmer days. It was so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. I would also say that there should be an iron in each room as we were unable to iron our clothes.

Fantastic room! We were offered a complimentary double upgrade to a suite. The room was beautiful and the view incredible. Staff were amazing….i should have got the name of the lady who checked us in. She was lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. We did t eat at the restaurant for dinner but instead opted for pizza at the Sunrise Pub across the road…traditional Italian pizza and it was great! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great!

I have nothing to say here. Everything about our stay was brilliant!

Very nice and cosy hotel in the center of Bormio. We got a family room with mountain view and a nice balcony with flowers. The room was clean and comfortable, a little bit smaller than it looked in pictures but was very nice and with 2 big toilets (much more useful!). Warm welcome and kindness made our stay enjoyable.

Teas and camomile are available only in the hall and are charged. A water boiler in the room would have been a plus in relax, to enjoy a warm drink on the balcony

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Foremost, all of the staff where extremely friendly and helpful. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, and we loved the decor. The breakfast was great, and the little garden bar was lovely. Superb location too, very near the ski lifts and close to the centre of the old town. Having parking available was a bonus.

Appreciate that we stayed when the temperatures were at their peak, but a fan in the room would have been welcome.

Very nice alpine hotel in the heart of Bormio. The rooms were spacious & en suite facilities great. We had bed & breakfast which had a great choice of foods from cereals, fruits, honey & breads. We were cyclists so great to have specific bike storage

All great nothing negative

Location was excellent for access to both Bormio town and ski area alike. The bus stop was just outside the hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the Stelvio piste. The service in the hotel was very good with excellent breakfast. The rooms are warm, comfortable and clean.

Excellent service Very friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel like home! The hotel is very family friendly, our kids enjoyed a lot! Big and cozy lobby Our family suite was huge Everything was super clean Large range of breakfast Great location, in the city center and we could walk to the ski lift (around 5 minutes walk) Definitely we are coming back Totally recommend
