Hotel Drago

We booked this hotel for a steal, 90€ for two nights, we liked it so much we extended it for more night for 69€. We stayed out of season, end of April. You can bike to Malcesine, take the ferry to Limone, and bike around there. There is a great path leading north that goes across the lake. The view is amazing, just be aware you are sharing the path with pedestrians.

The parking is 10€ per day on outdoor parking or 15€ for garage. Even though the furniture in the rooms is a bit old, e.g.the night stand has an old school radio, they are well maintained and really clean. The tv in the room is really small

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. The location was perfect, with the beautiful lake just across the street, offering breathtaking views. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. The spread was spectacular, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff at the hotel were not only friendly but also very professional. They were always ready to assist and ensure that our needs were met. Parking options were convenient, with the choice to park in the garage or outside. Although there was a fee, it was still more affordable than public parking, which was a plus. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by providing bikes, SUPs, and kayaks for guests to enjoy, completely free of charge. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and well-located accommodation with excellent breakfast options and friendly staff.

Good location but balcony on main street, good pool/whirlpool facilities, nice decor, lift to parking and room floors, bikes and kayak/paddles for free, good breakfast selection (even a juicer) and can have it outside, good size room and bathroom

Noisy at early morning if you have a balcony on the street, parking for a fee (not been told beforehand), mattress bit dated, would be good to have a toaster for bread at breakfast, cakes bit dry (maybe need a lid), would be good to have breakfast time till 11am and whirlpool till late

Very good 3 stats hotel! Polite and helpful staff. Parking at the hotel costs 10 euros per day. The hotel had a lot of free activities: kayaking, paddleboard, board games, billiards. daily room cleaning. Breakfast included freshly squeezed juices, fruits and coffee with oat milk! a very large selection of pastries and sweets. And also a gorgeous view of the mountains in the deluxe room, be sure to take these rooms. We will be happy to return to this hotel again!

the main breakfast (not including sweets and pastries) was boring and not of the best quality. It’s difficult to set the right water temperature in the shower (it’s either too hot or suddenly cold), but otherwise everything is fine! .

Very nice hotel at Lago di Garda; we had a room with lake view and it was great, we could enjoy the sunset sitting on the balcony. There was a nice pool area where you can relax and also they have a "beach" club directly by the lake, where you can relax or borrow a kayak or SUP (free of charge). Parking was easy (if your car is not too big) in the big parking garage. The highlight of our stay in this hotel was the breakfast which was really a great experience - there was so much to choose (also prosecco!) and everything sooo tasty. We can recommend this place and we will come back!

The hotel is getting quite old, it will slowly need some update. The fee for the parking in the garage is 15 EUR per day, which is quite expensive. The hotel price in the main season is also not very cheap. The road in front of the hotel is quite busy, but not too loud.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful about giving us tips for a boat ride to Limone. The breakfast was good with lots of options (would be nice to have maybe vegan milk or yogurt available) but otherwise it had a great selection of foods. Also the location was super!

The floor wasnt very clean when we checked in like maybe they forgot to vacuum but the next day it was cleaned. And everything else was very clean including the bathrooms so it was fine!

Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Great lake views if you get a front-facing room. Soy milk available in the breakfast! Underground parking. Bikes (single speed) are available.

The dinner. While good priced, there was always something off or disappointing with the dishes. They managed to do some strange, mildly bad tasting, scrambled eggs in the breakfast. The playground was very basic and not well maintained. Looked almost improvised given its somewhat odd location.

The property was so accommodative for our schedule and what we needed, they went above and beyond and we were so grateful. Roberto from the restaurant was absolutely sensational, very accommodative, polite and wonderful communication with us. Wonderful asset to the property and we thank him immensely.

We loved it all

Very good breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food, fruit, vegetables and cakes. The view from our room towards Garda Lake was stunning. The room was clean and cool with good air conditioning, and the hotel and the location were generally peaceful.

The furnishings in the room vere a bit dated. There was occasional noise from the road between the hotel and the lake, but with earplugs I slept well.

Excellent breakfast, tremendous choice. Located directly on the lake so great views and convenient for the bus. Staff were always helpful. They also had a nice bar/cafe on the lake front separate from the main hotel but only a short walk away.

Food in the evening was only average so we only ate there the once. Parking was steep at 15 euros per night.
