The staff were absolutely lovely. They couldn't do enough for us. They even gave our children free ice cream when they came into the bar area. We were late to check in but went out of their way to message us to let us know how to park and get into the rooms.

The breakfast catered more to Germans than Brits but there was more than enough to choose from. Other than that I cannot fault the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the owners or the facilities.

Everything was just perfect, the hotel and the owner very nice people, rooms very clean, breakfest was great, the beach very close to the hotel. I will come back.

Sweet hosts, lovely family business. Everything was well maintained, inside and outside pools were perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean.

The location was beautiful. The hotel had two gorgeous pools one was inside and heated. Mountain view to our left and lake views to our right.

Lovely hotel in a quieter area, directly opposite Lake Garda. Close to bus and ferry stop to Malcesine with 15 mins travel. Super friendly owners who, after a mix up with our room, addressed this straight away to our satisfaction. Natalie was so helpful with information in the surrounding area and our onward trip to Verona. Superb breakfast with lots of choice and lovely view from the veranda. Thank you to all at Villa Isabella!

One small negative was no kettle or facilities to make drinks in the room. From someone who loves a cup of tea this was quite important.

We liked everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, poolside always taken care of. Breakfast with a lot of choices. The lake is 20m away, you can swim there and come back to the pool side. Garage for the car under the hotel. The staff was lovely and helpful. Worth coming back. Even if it's raining, there is a big terrace where you can hang out.

Nothing really. Maybe we only missed prosecco with the breakfast like other hotels, but that's more an upgrade than a critique.

The location was incredibly beautiful. The view from the balcony overlooked the lake. Access to the lake was right outside the hotel. Not even a minute walk. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating! They loved dogs so having our French bulldog there was no problem whatsoever. We did a tour of Italy and this hotel was one of our highlights! Restaurants in walking distance. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Perfect stay! We want to come back!

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Decent size rooms and nice balconies. Great Lake views from most rooms. Loads of room around pool. Lovely breakfast.

Slightly limited on food and drink service. Better laundry facilities would be good. Liked quiet location but a couple more restaurants/bars nearby would have been perfect. None of this really affect our stay.

Good location and lovely hotel although bedroom a bit dated. Very clean. Move breakfast with good variety of food. Nice hosts, very friendly.

The swimming pool was too cold. We could hear the pool generator outside our room throughout the night. No extra blanket in the room and only one pillow each. No hair conditioner. No tea/coffee facilities in room.
