This apartment hotel was absolutely beautiful overlooking a spectacular view of lake Garda and mountains. The best view we had all trip considering we drove round and saw a lot. The facilities available were great such as access for cold, fizzy water and ice machine were something extra. Also had set up if you want to have a BBQ. Could request croissants and bread at small extra cost every morning, coffee and tea provided. I love the flexibility of being able to have enough space to make your own food as we did one night and sit out on balcony for view of river. The whole place was ultra modern and clean and felt very lush and fresh. We will definitely be back!

The pool was absolutely freezing but thankfully was boiling hot so was refreshing once in

been a regular guest to Garda area for years. Sunset is a completely new building, designed with every detail in mind; congrats and kudos to owners. that is, about everything you may need while actively spending your time at Garda. additionally, the apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. i mean fully. details such as free still/sparkling water, all streaming services if you need them, coffee machine, fridge with drinks, rent a bike/SUP etc. PS. there is additional story behind a key person behind the success of this place which every person close to pro sailing will find pretty exciting

the property is stunning, the views are breathtaking. the property is family run, very personable, the owner is very helpful and friendly. it is even more impressive when you look into the sustainability of the property, well built and well thought out. one of the best properties I have ever stayed at

the only slight issue we had was a family member who has recently had a hip op and walking up the steep driveway to the property but this would still not deter us from returning

This was a lovely location, away from the main tourist areas. It was large and clean. Laura, the host, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It was a little noisy hearing the loud footsteps from the other rooms until late at night. The main bedroom was on the corridor, which had an automatic light that turned on if anyone went past - fortunately we brought a blackout blind with us, otherwise this would have been a problem.

very nice appartement, comfortable and extremely well equipped. view of Garda lake and mountains is spectacular from the room and the garden attention to details is visible, important focus on sustainability and protection of environment Unfortunately, weather was bit cold and we could not use the pool, a shame. Short of time , we also skipped the Sauna, we’ll be back good restaurant recommended in the neighborhood , a perfect place to come and relax for few days

traffic on the ring road surrounding the lake is impressive, and this is a bit noisy on the balcony, but less from the garden and the pool windows are sound proof, no issue inside the appartement

it was exceptionally clean and perfectly maintained with every amenity

We had a few communication issues .. it stated on the web there was a paid shuttle service from the airport ( not correct ) soap / toilet roll were not replenished and with 4 of us for only 3 days , we didn’t realise we needed to provide it until too late free coffee /tea was not replenished on a daily basis as we had hoped there were ants in the apartment which we were not allowed spray that got into our clothes and have arrived home in our suitcase .. also pricing for additional guests was quoted per day but was charged per person per day I list these issues to help you forward with the next guests , not as a complaint

Amazing apartments. We stayed for 3 nights and the photos do not do this place justice. Exceptionally clean and stylish spacious room (no 4) perfect for three of us (daughter was on a sofa bed). Great amenities, drinks in fridge, coffee provided. Comfy beds, gorgeous balcony, lovely pool and sun terrace. Perfect location to visit Malcesine. Just wonderful.

The road is quite noisy in the day but we realise this can't be avoided.

Had an amazing stay and an outstanding experience. Highly recommended to visit the Sunset Residence. Accomodation: Very comfortable, cozy, clean and you will have everything in the apartments for your stay. Location: Spectacular atmosphere and surroundings. You have everything nearby after a few mins of walk: lake, restaurant, shop. Services: SPA services, bikes / e-scooters / stand up paddle boards to rent, magazins about local attractions to help you get around the lake. Overall we had our best travel experience. Thank you for the great stay!

Nice and species apartment, very clean and quiet,kitchen fully equipped. I highly recommend Good if you are looking for apparentment on the lake.

Early check out 10;00, and the check-in should be before 19:00, no cleaning, no breakfast included, if you want to change towels you should pay for it, bikes ,sup etc cost extras.

The location, the room, the pool top area, hiring facilities, it was perfect!! The attention to detail was wonderful, we particularly appreciated the triple glazed doors removing any noise for the night time, the door was so large, in the morning it would open to present the best of views!!

We personally found the beds too soft with not enough pillows, but this is a personal issue.
