It was a nice surprise to get a balcony, with table and chairs! Plenty of storage in the room, including a full size fridge. Nice, big bathroom with a great shower. The room was spotlessly clean! The location was excellent and the area seemed very pleasant. We recommend Pizzeria La Piazzetta in Piazza Mercato - about a ten minutes walk away with lovely pizza, great value, and friendly staff!

The breakfast was limited and not very substantial, however, the room overall was excellent value for money and still cheaper than other accommodation that didn't provide breakfast at all.

The room was very clean and cosy, there is a lot of space and also a walk in closet. We also gor some snack for breakfast and drinks in the fridge. The balcony is also nice and big and the city center is very close. Our host was very polite and also gave as a bunch of useful information and recommendations. He also offered us a ride to the airport with an additional fee which was really appreciated.

The shower door can't be properly closed so the water goes out of shower. And we didn't sleep that well due to noise and some green light above the door.

Why you should book: The location is perfect - close to the city centre, but also only 5 minutes from the train station, where you can get on/off the airport shuttlebus for just EUR 1. The owner is extremely helpful and communicates quickly and shares insider tips for Brindisi. He is also able to rent you a VW Polo as a cheaper and hassle free alternative to the regular rental companies. Brilliant.

The bed is way too soft and while the breakfast consists of a lot of stuff, I would prefer less, but fresh (Although this was sadly the case for all our stays in Apulia, maybe it has sometthing to do with Covid regulations)

Breakfast. there was very little available for breakfast. no cups to even make a cup of tea. (there where teabags and coffee bags available) but only 2 espresso cups available. only 2 little cartons of orange juice in the fridge and some wrapped biscuits and dry wrapped ambient bread slices. So you need to go out for breakfast. Other than that the room was nice and comfortable.

Nice studio well placed 5 mins away from the railway station. Very clean and comfortable. Francesco is a very nice and cheerful person always availabe to help. Breakfast is really tasty but keep in mind it's italian style, a croissant/other sweet local delight and a capuccino. For a stranger it may not look to be enough.

Similar to other B&B’s in Brindisi the breakfast was practically nonexistent. It consisted of coffee pods, two biscuits, pre packed dried toast, one cereal with no milk and juice. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street and the Harbour.

A nice place close to the airport bus and city centre. Excellent fusion restaurant nearby. Juice, water and milk in the fridge. Large balcony and a bathroom with a window. The host is helpful. However the bed is far way too delicate for big guys and we were afraid it will collapse. But it has not. During the day and evening enormous noise from the neighbour's side. The building's walls are thin and the b&B is located in the private apartment building.

We spent one night there, the location is great, the room is very comfortable and has everything you might need. We didn't get to meet Francesco but the communication via whatsapp was easy and efficient! He has prepared some great recommendations for his guests which is really very appreciated! We tried some of them and they were great :) If you visit Brindisi, don't hesitate to book this place!

It was a lovely room with really funtional and peaceful balcony. Everything was cool and clean. Aswell liked small touches as earplugs in toilet etc. Breakfast was basic but did the trick. Brindisi is very romantic city and this is a good apartment to spend time. Thank you

Well designed modern apartment. Everything was clean and the host was prompt and attentive.

The walk from the train station to the apartment was somewhat concerning but incident free. Also, the heating facilities were only available for a limited time. This was communicated only after arrival.
