We planned a vacation in Puglia, and our flight landed in Brindisi around 11 pm, too late to drive further. This hotel was a very convenient location to pick up a rental car at the Brindisi airport, drive 15 minutes, park it at the hotel, get a full night sleep -- and have an amazing Italian buffet breakfast the next morning. Truly, the coffee machine and juice machine options were a wonderful start to our vacation. The eggs were real and delicious, and so were the yogurt/granola/fruit options and baked goods. The rooms were clean, and the service was very helpful late at night.

The parking was tight, but that's normal in Italy.

I arrived on a Sunday evening at short notice as I had left the accommodation I had booked shortly after arriving there. It is a bright modern hotel, good for business and for holiday travellers. The room was excellent - a decent size - good size bed - great shower - very quiet - great breakfast included. Just exactly what I needed.

I don't think there was a restaurant, but that's about it. But as I had booked at short notice, it was a very likable place - I was very satisfied.

This hotel is located beside the train station and close to shops and restaurants. All the staff are very helpful and courteous, rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast bountiful. I would stay here again.

My safe in the room was acting up but was always met with a friendly staff member to sort any issues.

This is a lovely, friendly hotel.The location is perfect, the staff were kind and the excellent breakfast in a relaxed setting was a real pleasure. The long terrace overlooking the street is a bonus. Palazzo Virgilio is convenient for the centro storico, railway station, and airport bus.

The hotel was very close to the train station and an easy stroll down to the sea. It was very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. A good breakfast and a kettle in the room. There were very good restaurants locally. We would definitely return to the same hotel.

Location excellent for transport to and from airport. Very comfortable room with great facilities.

Bar was not regularly staffed had to ask reception to locate bar staff. Also couldn't get response to use lift from street level so had to take my heavy suitcase up stairs to reception.

Very clean hotel. The room were clean and tidy very good shower and bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful, as if we were staying on a five stars hotel. Location was 100 m from the Central railway station which was very convenient. The hotel is walking distance from the port and all the beautiful places of the city.

We only stayed one night and arrived late. They did not rush us to check out early in the morning.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. Too noisy to have on at night and it was too hot to sleep without it.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location.

Booked a twin room and got a double. When booking apparently you need to start 2 single beds in comments. Room a bit smaller than expected but nice room and clean.

The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. The salon was light and airy and in warmer weather there was an out side breakfast terrace with a lovely street view

Everything came up to my expectations. Many thanks a very comfortable stay
