Everything - Absolutely recommend! Location: The hotel is located in the center next to the Main Street, Sites & best restaurants. Yet escapes the noises as the street are busy at night. I didn’t hear a thing. The hotel is modern, very clean with an elevator (not commun in IT) and air conditioning. Rooms: I really enjoyed the complete and minimalist room: confortable and clean to dot. (they offer a pillow service), shower is big with a nice water pressure. Everything you need. Staff: Exceptional! Professional, Charming & knowledgeable; provided excellent recommendations(Gabriela). Received qualitative information for my visit around Brindisi and other cities in Puglia. The last morning, I had overslept and missed the breakfast hours, Annamaria arranged for me to receive a cappuccino and *warm* cornetto… They are really going the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

loved everything about this hotel: Staff was super friendly (special thanks to Andrea, who gave us the smoothest check-in ever as we had our super tired 7m old baby with us), breakfast was lovely and had good options, the room was spacious & clean and in general super pretty. we are so staying again at this hotel when we‘re in Brindisi as the location was fantastic!

Everything. Great location and facilities, spacious room, helpful people at the desk.

Lack of parking: we were asked quite close to the arrival that if we needed parking the hotel hada parking service. When we tried to book, there were no spaces, so we were recommended another car park close to the hotel. The hotel should forewarn about this and stress the need for early booking.

My room was immaculate The bed was comfy and the pillow choice was a unique and welcome perk! Bathroom was perfect The front desk were friendly and helpful The breakfast was plentiful and the selection good Location was great for the main town I took a short local bus from the airport (€2) and it was a 5 minute walk away from the port stop

It was a good location; we got good recommendations for a sight seeing walk and for a restaurant which was very close. The staff were very responsive to my questions prior to our stay (taxi to and from the airport). They offered to send a taxi upon our arrival and a driver with our name was waiting for us. Comfortable beds and pillows. The lobby is very attractive.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

nothing to complain! the hotel was very clean. toilettries, bathrobe, bath-sleepers provided. The rooms were quiet and thoroughly cleaned. the area is as central as it gets - everything is within short walking distance and Brindisi proved to be a real hidden gem! Highly recommend both the hotel as well as the city for exploration for a couple of days.

Breakfast was very simple and lacking variety but from my experience this is usual in Italy. to be fair this breakfast was better than others I had in Italian hotels.

the Hotel is located very close to the lively side of Brindisi, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. great location in my opinion.

The overall interior design felt inconsistent and not what I’d expect from a 4 star, but this is subjective.

Excellently located in the centro storico. Andrea at reception was efficient and informative, and gave a great dinner recommendation. Room was tidy and comfortable.

Only 1 pillow per person in double room sharing.

The location is just perfect in the historical city center, near to the sea promenade. The room was nice, with comfortable bed and daily housekeeping. The brekfasts were really good taking place in a nice dining room. A very good point for the hotel, that they exceptionally prepared a breakfast super early in the morning on my leaving day :)

The bed was very comfortable with pillows on demand. The breakfast was excellent, the rang and quality of the food was outsstanding. The location was excellent, just off the main street, with little or no noise.

We were happy with this facility and had a very positive impession of the place. Initally the size if the room was an issue but after we got more familour with the set up it was less an issue.
