Beautiful place, excellent hosts. Lovely breakfast room and outstanding choices for breakfast. Bedroom was spacious with lovely verandas, comfy bed. Perfect bathroom, toiletries, and plenty fresh towels everyday.

We loved everything.

Room was lovely, spacious and bright. Very clean, had a fridge and little garden area out back. Bathroom was spacious and clean with hairdryer and toiletries. Great location. Lady who cleaned rooms was very nice and welcoming.

Nothing about room. You get 20% off in the restaurant the owners own which is a minutes walk away from the property and where you have breakfast. Breakfast was good option as you get hot food as well which is not always the case in Italy. However, we had dinner there our first night and was disappointed- very slow service and food was not the best. I would just go for a drink.

Giuseppe was very kind to me instead of checking in at 16.00 hrs he allowed me to check in at midday . Breakfast is lovely and plentiful with lots of choices. Bed and pillows were comfortable and shower was lovely with good water pressure, plenty of restaurants around and property is close to all major sites, about 10 minutes walk to the centro storico . I was a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at night throughout my entire 3 day stay. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

There is nothing not to like about this property

The breakfast was very good, with lots on offer. Ladies offering breakfast were very friendly and the breakfast room gave the opportunity to speak to other guests of all nationalities. The location is great. an easy walk to the train station and also close to the pretty port and old town. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very helpful in organising transfers for us.

The only downside for us was when we arrived. Our flight was late in the evening and although it was good that late check ins were accepted, first impressions were not great. we had a code to access property which was fine - and we got our key ok but it was hard to identify which was our room. The owners had put post it notes on the doors with names on but ours had fallen off and floated under a table so it was hard to find. All the rooms had a number or letter on the door. it would be better to advise guests of the applicable number/ letter.

The situation was very good for us with easy access to bars, cafes and restaurants and to local sites. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food - cereals, meat, chees, fruit, fruit juice, drinks, croissants, bread, jam, marmalade etc. We liked being able to sit with other travellers and have a chat.

We were only there one night so were more than satisfied with the accommodation. The bathroom was a bit narrow but perfectly acceptable.

They were very late sending the code for getting into the property and I didn't know I would need one. Not a problem for us BUT Luckily we were able to help one poor couple whose mobiles weren't working and who hadn't received the code or been told they would need one before leaving home. Please make sure that the entry procédure is made clear at the time of booking.

Very nice staff. Good location in the center of Brindisi. Beautiful port by the hotel but the beach is far away - 4 km, there is a bus station next to the hotel and you can get there for 1.2€ An ideal starting point. Good communication to Bari, Lecce. A successful week's stay! :)

location close to the port/ Harbour narrow balcony overlooking the road where there were no parking on a Sunday which became a pedestrian only ! lots of restaurants, and only 2 mins walk fron the port….with many restaurants and coffee shops, ice-cream shops! and a fabulous walk all along the harbour!

Better advice on parking would have been helpful otherwise nothing!

Breakfast was great! Location was superb. Near the water front in the heart of the area tourists would want to be.

Access issue. The access code was sent via What's App only one hour before I needed access. However, I only had a US phone plan so I could not access What's App without WiFi. There needs to be a secondary system for people without Wifi. Apparently a message was sent to Booking.com but I did not see an alert that I had a message. I had to go to a bar across the street and have them call management to let us in.

The location was excellent and was very close to the waterfront bars and cafes as well as a short walk into the old town and historical centre. The staff were excellent - very friendly and very helpful. There was a great choice for breakfast and as the main breakfast room was busy when we stayed, the staff set up a table between our two rooms so that we had a private breakfast

The rooms were comfortable, clean and well decorated overall but the bed was slightly uncomfortable . However, this didn’t detract from an enjoyable short stay in Brindisi.
