This hotel is really worth it. I have so much to say that I'll try to summarise as much as I can. Location : perfect. Not only it's in the middle of the city, but it's 5min away from the bus stop connected to the airport(AP BUS) Supermarket next door. Clealiness: spotless, from the bed to the bathroom. A big thank you to the cleaning staff Room : I booked single deluxe room, just perfect if you travel alone Breakfast: large choice of sweet and salty food Staff : I let the best comment for the last point. The staff are really amazing. A very very big thank you to Francesco at the reception for his professionalism, his availability and his hospitality. A very big thank you also to Tony who is charge of the breakfast (spoon 😁) I recommend this place a 100%

It will be appréciable to have bigger cup for the tea in the room.

Reception kindly organised and booked a taxi to take us less than 500 metres to the train station, we were shocked to be charged €30 - we brought to hotels attention and our receptionist was not happy having recommended/booked the taxi on our behalf and undertook to inform taxi company of excessive overcharge.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. They provided a crib that was nicely dressed and there was a sofa bed for my toddler. Breakfast was surprisingly good as I was expecting it to be only continental. My room was actually more like a small apartment with a fitted kitchen and two smart tvs. The location is extremely central close to all the local attractions.

When you arrive at the hotel there is no elevator so it’s hard to get up the stairs with luggage and stroller.

Hotel in great position room was clean and bathroom was lovely The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly really thought they were great they gave us advice where to eat and arranged a taxi to the airport The breakfast was ok buffet style breakfast staff were also friendly You are a short walk from the station and front where there are lots of restaurants We only stayed for 1 night as we were flying home the next day so we were very happy with our choice

Perfect location close to the centro storico, friendly and helpful staff (extraordinary friendly people in the breakfast room), varied, delicious and plentiful breakfast, quiet and very clean room, perfectly cleaned every day, comfortable bathroom

Standard double room was simply furnished, needs renovation, rather like in a 2-3 star hotel, the view from the window was not the best, price to high for such a room standard

It's my 3rd time there (2 of which with my son), my wife 4th. Breakfast is very tasty with lots of variety and healthy too. Staff is super friendly.

They need to work on entrance as needed to lift my luggage. It's not friendly for people with special needs. Elevators need adjustments as we sometimes waited for 10 minutes to go up or down. The showering area is not comfortable for tall/fit people like me.

The Hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. The Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town and walking distance to all the great waterside restaurants. The rooms are a great size and very comfortable, we will definitely stay here again.

Soundproof to the street is not very good. This is something the hotel should work on, as on the weekends it tends to get very noisy outside. The hotel is also a bit outdated, it wouldn’t hurt to do a few improvements, for example the bathroom lights.

it was well situated not far from the port nice fish restaurants , shops and a lovely promenade. Great to use as a base to tour Puglia.

Staff were very accommodating nothing was Yoily h trouble. In the breakfast room too.

I liked the breakfast variety and the availability of coffee prior to 7:00 am in the reception area. I love the personal touch of being provided with coffee by the staff. The location of the hotel is really the best compared to other hotels.

The single room showers are quite small and take getting used to. Breakfast could start a bit earlier like 6:30 but I can live with 7:00 am. The cleaner forgot to provide a clean towel one day, and to remove a dirty cup. So I think a bit more attention can be paid to the cleaning of the rooms. Another day, the coffee packets were not refreshed after cleaning.
