the staff was really nice and friendly and the room was very clean

the air conditioner was really bad, was really difficult to sleep because the room was so warm, I asked the reception and they said that they would check that for me but as I was staying at a high floor it’s normal, but no one checked. the breakfast had few options, concentrate juices and at 09:20 all the food was gone.

A very nice stay. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast, great coffee. The hotel is not in the very center, which is not a surprise because I knew in advance, you can easily check it on the map. However, for me personally, it's not a problem, you can reach the center in 15 minutes on foot, buses No. 8,9,11 leave from the bus stop in front of the hotel and near the train station which is in the middle of the center. Train connections are excellent, frequent and inexpensive, I visited Ostuni, Monololi, Lecce and Albertobello. The nearest grocery store, eurospar, is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I felt at home in the hotel and I thank the staff for the warm welcome.

The only thing that would be a nice addition is an electric kettle in the room, but I do not consider its absence a minus.

We loved our stay here, our room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom as well and both were super clean. Breakfast was very good with multiple options. The location is a bit far from the centre (about 15 min walk) but there are bus connections to the town and we didn't mind the walk. The rail station is also in a walking distance. We are impressed by the staff who were amazing and very helpful - they helped us with reserving a taxi in the morning for the airport and gave us tips for local restaurants and bars. We had a great time!

For us everything was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff, all spoke better English than I do so there was no communication difficulties! Breakfast was good, the set up was a bit confusing but it left me satisfied and ready for the day. Good local information provided. Room was exceptionally clean and the only fault was a slightly uncomfortable pillow on an otherwise comfortable bed.

The taxi service that was recommended by the hotel let me down and did not arrive to collect me for my airport transfer (thankfully we managed to hail one in the middle of the night to get us there on time!)

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. It's on the great location if you are not travelling with the car because everything (train, bus, city center..) is on short walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. But all the praises go to the entire staff! You can always count on them, for what ever what you need.

The staff were very warm and friendly and efficient in reception & the room had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay in the middle of my journey. The breakfast also was excellent, and the breakfast staff also. I would most certainly use this hotel again.

One little thing-when I sat in bed and leaned backwards the bed kept sliding away from the wall, so I had to keep pushing it back abd replace the pillows-it meant I could only sit very upright in bed, and not lean backwards!!

We had a family room, which was comfortable and functional. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. An added plus was a small balcony. Another was the fridge in the bedroom. We left too early to have breakfast. The 24h bar was great for cold drinks.

The hotel was 20 minutes walk from the centre, but the price was excellent, so fair enough...

The workers and the breakfast were the best part. The receptionist is amazing and recommended me a great restaurant. The rooms are very basic, but have everything needed for a short stay, with a very good toilet

The rooms need a new paiting as they have stains on the walls. Also the balcony needs to be redone as it looks a bit bad

Everything was perfect. I would like to mention Vanessa, which was super friendly, and she was really helpful . She managed to allocate all 6 rooms within a few minutes. Always there to help us with a smile. Full points to Vanessa.

I’ve stayed in a couple of hotels in my life and, I must say that Ibys Styles Brindisi is one of my very favourites. The hotel has everything needed to make you feel comfortable. The staff was very helpful every time we needed assistance. My room was crystal clean every day thanks to the maids. Basically everyone is doing an amazing job. Thank you very much again Ibys Styles 👌
