Stunning warm welcome from the receptionists ladies. They are always available to your needs and ready to be helpful with suggestions about planning your day in Cala Gonone, beaches to see, what to see around the village etc. The Hotel is perfectly located in front of the port, and the center of the village, so if you are planning to go for a day trip along the coast with boats this is the hotel you need.

Unfortunately find the parking spot close to the hotel is a bit hard but is not the fault of the hotel.

The Staff were fantastic (Enzo & Bella at the Reception), friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & professional. Location is perfect, very cental & convenient for all services & activities (boat trips from the port departing from across the road, supermarkets, excursions booking boots/info point, local buses & Deplano to Olbia airport, main beaches & marina). Breakfast buffet includes a great variety of delicious items & outdoor lounge with the port view is very special.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing thanks to all the staff who works effortlessly and always with a big smile. A special thanks to Aleksandra, Bella and Enzo who organized all I wanted and provided me always with the best tips. Due to the great ambient and staff I prolonged my stay for 2 more nights and I had the best time. I highly recommend this great hotel to everyone. The location is superb. Grazie mille for a wonderful vacation!

The location was great, right across from the beach. The rooms were nice looking and clean. Bathroom was nice. Balcony was great.. Afternoon/evening Front desk lady was very, very kind and helpful. We reserved for two more nights later in the week.

Parking was difficult to find on a weekend., Restaurant disappointing - they sent us upstairs since they didn't have seating for three, only two and four or more. Upstairs only served sushi so we just ordered drinks. Waitresses were not friendly, and, did not want to give us promised 10% discount. We left and ate somewhere else. Did not report it to front desk. Beds weren't very comfortable. Towels very thin. Outside stairs were difficult for luggage. Check out too early - 10 am Morning front desk lady told us check in was 5, but the website and other publications said 2 and 230.

nice, simple accomodation

it was quite noisy at night, it sounded like a family was in separate rooms and talking between the rooms. a bit annoyed that I was called at midday after checkout to say I didn’t pay, but no one asked me to pay at check in or check out so I assumed my card was taken through booking.com, so I had to drive 30 min detour each way to settle payment, I didn’t want to give my details over the phone

+ Excellent location at the port of Cala Gonone + Good functioning air conditioning and very comfortable bed + Balcony with nice sea/port view

- The fridge at the room was very small (mini bar like) - Parking the car close to the hotel is depending on the arrival time a challenge. Close to the hotel you need to pay for parking, if you are okay to park a bit further there is free parking

We loved the location of this property as we had booked boat excursions which left from directly outside our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room etc was impeccably clean which was lovely.

It was quite noisy at night, could hear the others coming home as there doesn’t seem to be much door insulation

I arrived won my bicycle I have stayed here twice before and they have always found a place for it .This time receptionist just said there was nowhere and shrugged her shoulders🤨reminder customer service is about being helpful not just saying NO NOT POSSIBLE !

this was a good stay. Cala gonone didn’t have many cheap options and this was the cheapest I found. i wish the room had a microwave or tea kettle or something. the staff was very kind to warm up my food in their kitchen microwave when I asked. the balcony was great. it’s a good location to be in - close to the bus stop and you can walk to the nearby beaches. they also have free umbrellas to rent out.

A whole village is beautiful, the hotel has a great location (close to touristic offices, port or bus station and beaches), rooms with a nice view, nice receptionist

It was just a personal wish to have a room with direct sea view but I guess for a single traveler, those are not provided.
