The room was comfortable, the size was spacious. We could check in early which was great. It was explained that the reception would not be manned which was for us no problem. Its not really a hotel as such, but again for us OK. The breakfast was in a bar close by, 1 item, 1 Coffee. The location was exceptional, everything at walking distance. It is busy with the market around the corner yet your super central in a city of millions, so this is expected.

I do have to say for value for money I was expecting a bit more, we paid over 200 euro's a night and for this money I was expecting a bit more, like the bathroom, there was barely water pressure, the system to hang the shower head was not functioning properly. Cleaning was not great, had to buy own toilet paper which was not replenished and the floor was not clean. No complementary water. This could be improved somewhat. The bed was not my style in terms of hardness but thats personal.

Super nice place with exquisite host. Francesco gave us tips on where to go and supported us when we had questions . The location is right at Campo de Fiori, which makes it perfect for walks to most of the sightseeing places. A lot of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are very pretty. Thank you for this nice experience!

The street was quite loud at night because of the weekend and all the close restaurants, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper ;)

This place is amazing - it dominates the world of Air B&Bs, they’re not only on a different level than most, they exist on a different planet entirely. Location: excellent Host: superb Communication: could not have been better! Accommodation: outstanding, very clean & safe You’ll be in the hustle and bustle of the Campo De Fiori which is a great hub during the day with its market and various stalls, many restaurants and cafes and great entertainment during the evening; however, as soon as you step foot into the accommodation, you’ll hear none of it. My room was very aesthetically pleasing (as was the entrance), very clean and had everything from shoe polish to paper tissues, a generous selection of drinks (hot and cold, water was free), and excellent provision of toiletries (seriously, anything you can think of, from shower caps and make-up remover towels, dental/shaving kit to bath sponge, shampoo/body wash and body lotion (they all smell amazing btw). A/C: worked great during the heat wave Bed: very comfortable Safe: available in the room Housekeeping: provided (very friendly, btw) Elevator: quick, no need to haul your luggage up the stairs Francesco provided great recommendations regarding the area/food etc. I’d absolutely love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Town House Campo De Fiori! The location is absolutely perfect. You’re just a short walk away of lots of nice restaurants, amazing spots and attractions. Besides that, it was truly the staff that made our stay. They were always available to give us recommendations and information. The room itself was very pretty and cleaned every day which was really nice. If you’re looking for a great stay, in the middle of pretty Rome, look no further and book a room! Can’t wait to go back.

The property is absolutely well located, i walked to almost all attractions, everything is within 2 km range from the hotel. You will basically stay at the heart of Campo di Fiori, which is perfect for restaurants and local shops. All is nearby, so you don’t need transportation for the best restaurants etc. The room was good, decent size, including the bathroom as well, was nice and packed with all toiletries you would need. There was a hand dryer and a ironing machine which came very handy. the room also has a water boiler for coffee and tea which is always important. The staff is very helpful, they provide tou with all the suggestions and information you may require and make sure the room is tidy daily. everyone was very nice to me. Stefano was a 5 star. Although the property is in a busy area, you can’t hear noises from the street.

I honestly don’t have much i didn’t like. it is a very good property, but if i have to highlight a few small inconveniences that one can actually ignore would be: 1. please pay a good attention to the directions they will give you, there isn’t a big sign outside the building so you may pass the entry door, ( Stefano came to pick me outside🙂). 2. wifi was somewhat unstable, but works from time to time, so you can still use it. 3. there can be a little noises within the property, when other guests are coming in or going out of their rooms, but is not something lasting.

Our stay at Town House exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly located on the edge of Campo de Fiori and next to Trastevere. Its stylish design makes it a fabulous, quiet bolthole right next to all the action. There are so many places to eat and drink all around. Thanks go to Stefano for his expert advice on restaurants and travel arrangements. We really appreciated all his help. We would definitely recommend Townhouse to anyone who wants a quality stay in a little bit of history in the centre of Rome.

It's a 17th century building so don't expect instant hot water

Great rooms in the upper floor of a period building. Very clean and well designed interior. Facilities were great, including lovely toiletries and a hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is included which is available at the cafe opposite consisting of a coffee and a pastry.

It was quite noisy until about 2.00 am in the morning but it is in the city centre .

Felt like home immediately. Warm welcome from Stefano, good tips for restaurants and going around the city- really appreciated! Daily cleaning, coffee, tea provided. Enough space in the room. Nice neighbourhood. proximity of shops, busses and restaurants. Good wifi. Loved it there and I will be back!

The place was closer to very important places of interest in Rome, the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff accommodated us to our delight. We had our first lunch in Rome at a market place nearby Town House. The owner went out of his way to suggest good restaurants, not too expensive and not toursty. The AC works well. Thanks to our stay in Town House, our stay in Rome was fantastic. We highly recommend the place for a family.

Great location, could easily walk everywhere. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe right across the building was nice. Would highly recommend. We were three girlfriends traveling together and always felt safe. The daily market at Campo di Fiori just outside the door was great to buy some fruit, nuts, cheese, snacks or souvenirs.
