The location of the hotel/room is central to the city and easy walking and bus option available throughout. the breakfast is actually order and delivery to your room in the morning right on time as requested. they actually helped me book the NCC cab from airport to the location as well as for from the location to the railway station. Well managed compact kitchen with basic necessities.

While the breakfast was provided per order menu to the room, i wish they had a buffet breakfast. you are limited to a small room and many locks to use, but i found it safe and relaxing. Host were very good to talk to and responsive very promptly.

The approach isn't too promising, being between two car parks, but the building is lovely inside and the hotel is very nicely done - very modern, clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant and a short walk from several squares with loads of restaurants. Once you find your bearings, you realise most of the major sights are a 20-25 minute walk away, max - some closer and many are grouped together anyway. Can't imagine a more central spot. If you are heading to the Stadio Olympico for a game, the 280 bus goes from the river bank only a couple of blocks away - but leave early, they get *very* full on big game days like the 6 Nations. The staff are really lovely and speak good English. They communicated excellently beforehand, through the booking system, and helped out in every way when we were there. A real delight, thank you.

We live in a double-glazed house down a quiet cul-de-sac so we found the inevitable street noise and the room noise from next door a bit intrusive. Bring ear plugs if you're used to a quiet bedroom! I imagine it's the same in any city-centre hotel. They bring you a tray of breakfast in the morning, as there is no dining area, which seems lovely (free room service, effectively) but you have to place your order and time the night before which takes away some of the freedom and spontaneity you might enjoy on a holiday - but is great if you have a schedule to see all the stunning sights Rome has to offer.

Really close to everything. Nice markets around the corner. Place was ideal for a short stay. Walkable to most hot spots in Rome. Bed was really comfy.

You could hear the staff making coffees in the morning. And clanging around dishes. There’s a wee kitchen unit in the lobby area. So could hear that from our room.

Great location, walking distance to anywhere. The staff is polite and attentive, they did everything on their part to make our vacation comfortable. Even though we checked out of the hotel very early, we got our breakfast. They left us a small breakfast in advance in the form of muffins, yogurt and fruit

The mattress on the bed was a bit hard, which was not great, but still a disadvantage. I would also like to draw the attention of the cleaning staff to the cleanliness of the bathroom. In the shower cubicle, although not significant, but there were streaks on the glass, on the mirror and the faucet, so it was not very good

Convenient location, and walking distance from The Forum, Coliseum and Pantheon. Our room was well quiet and equipped (it had a tiny kitchenette, and we could have self catered if we had wanted to). We had a small balcony facing onto the back of neighbouring buildings, where we ate breakfast. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Residence is on the first floor of a modern building, and does not have a hotel frontage. There is no lounge/dining room/bar.

Breakfast was adequate, but more choice and fresh bread would have been welcome (the 'toast' was in a packet)

Everything went well! Claudia and Fabrizio were friendly, helpful and gracious. This was our fourth bnb on this trip and the best. Immaculate, modern, generous breakfast and great location. What was really appreciated and above the average were the clear, easy to understand instructions on the location itself....where/how/when to enter, as well as written information on all the transportation possibilities for the area. Claudia and Fabrizio are professional and very obviously respectful of their work, their space and their guests.

Loved all of it! Will stay again and again!

The location is choice -- close to the Campo dei Fiori, and to the Ponte Sisto to Trastevere. Public transport is close by at Via Arenula and Piazza Argentina. The neighborhood is all walking streets with lots of energy and young people. Restaurants and snack shops, bakeries, & coffee bars, plus the lively Campo market, three blocks away. It's a short walk to the Pantheon, the Piazza Navona, the Ghetto, and PIazza Venezia/Capitoline Hill/Forum. Walkers' heaven. Tidy & modern decor.

The hotel is hard to find -- it is on a private courtyard/street, and in accessible to taxis, except from the corner under a barricaded arch. Fortunately, the hotel sent us the address of the arch, so the taxi could get us there. (the "street" of the hotel is not on many maps,) Bed was hard, shower odd and tight. I was dubious when the host manipulated us into taking a private car to the airport, instead of the price-controlled taxi. Watch for that. Was there really a threatened taxi strike? No charm to this hotel -- but you'll find that outside, in Rome.

This hotel was one of our favorites in all that we stayed in on our vacation in Europe. From the central location for sight seeing, to the beautiful hotel room, to the exceptional customer service and friendly staff, to the very lovely breakfast delivered to our room each morning we were very pleased and happy with our stay here! We would definitely return Claudia and her husband have done an exceptional job and it was a pleasure to stay here!

There was no parking at this hotel for our rental car.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The location is actually very good. Many people want to stay right in the historic center but I’ve stayed there and it’s not all it’s supposed to be. This property is very close to Campo di Fiori on the South end of the historic center and very close to Trastevere. By foot you can reach any of the sites if you are willing to walk a little.

I think the only negative for me is that as an American we are more accustomed to softer beds. the beds here though are very traditional Italian beds in how they feel (firm) but they are much bigger than a traditional Italian bed.
