Good location for Capri centre - shuttle bus or Vespa rental. It has a nice view of the ocean - we had a lovely private terrace with a sea view. Staff were all very lovely and helpful.

We arrived from the night ferry from Naples and hadn’t had dinner. I was very seasick during the trip and really needed something. The hotel overview says the restaurant is open until 10.30 and a 24/7 snackbar is in use. We tried to get a quick meal or room service at 10pm but were told the restaurant was closed and no snack bar available. There’s no shops or places nearby to get a quick bite so going hungry until the next day was a bit of a rubbish start. Apart from that, everything went smoothly.

Hotel have a great view if you get sea view rooms, there is hotel shuttle every 10 minutes to the city and back. Staffs are so kind and friendly and professional even the shuttle driver is so warm and friendly.

room was very small. the beach was very far. down many flights of stairs. which wasn’t bad going down but you had to go back up!

Views from our room were amazing. The location is perfect, and you can access the beach right below. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the city centre every 10 minutes, so it’s very easy to get around.

The staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. We waited 1.5 hours after arranging a pick up from the port when we arrived, and as an “apology” the hotel offered us the same room they were going to give us anyways. We wanted to love it, but we found some of the staff quite unfriendly.

This I feel is a little hidden gem of a hotel. We originally meant to stay near the centre of Capri. But had to change location, and wow were we lucky we did. The staff were fantastic and even arranged a private boat tour around the island of Capri and a trip into the Blue Grotto. The room we stayed in was lovely, spotlessly clean and had a great little balcony overlooking the coastline. The restaurant within the hotel, was lovely and had a great outdoor area. The food was beautiful and they had a great selection to choose from. The hotel offer a courtesy bus to and from the main square of Capri and this runs every 15 mins from the hotel, which was a great extra to have. This hotel is well worth a stay, Thank you to all the staff of the Hotel Weber Ambassador.

Nothing really, only thing that took away a little from the stay was the lack of bars or cafes nearby. There actually was a little beach area with bars, but this closed at around 5pm, which was a bit disappointing. But in all honesty, this wasn't too big of a deal.

Great location close to both a free beach and beach club. The pool area was nice, and the free shuttle into the square was really handy. From the square, it is a really nice walk back to the hotel through Via Krupp and back along the water. All the staff here were very friendly.

A little dated, but the views make up for it.
