Only suggestion is that you install for the elderly and handicapped individuals a safe heavy duty support bar in the bathtub that would allow patrons a safe way to get up while taking a bath in the bathtub because it is very slippery & awkward trying to lower into the bathtub and in trying to stand up without slipping - someone could injure themselves.

Patio doors were left open by the cleaning staff (unlocked) - I’m sure Capri is safe & has low crime rate, but security of one’s belongings is important in todays world, also - found items missing from my luggage when my bags were taken at the Marina Grande , brought & stored in the lobby until my room was ready and then put in my room by outside baggage handlers- security of those handling your customers belongings & baggage should be of concern to the management. Also, you should make arrangements with La Canzone del Mare for Pool use by your organization.

Our staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a flight delay and they made sure to get us into our room when we told them we’d be arriving (far past their open office hours) and were extremely concerned with making sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed at any given time. Impeccable location close to everything you need (subways, taxi accessibility, shopping etc). Will certainly be back again!!

staff not very helpful with baggage to and from port. could not arrange early transfer to port. anyway due to a storm we left a day early

The location was fantastic, close to town centre, loads of fantastic places to eat, shopping and only a few minutes from the Gardens of Augustus and Capri Rooftop. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food which was handy if you are too tired to go anywhere. Oh and ocean views from your balcony too!

They do not provide an iron but they do have an ironing service.

The location was great. Room was cozy and the beds were really comfortable. However, the best of Regina Cristina is the staff. Emanuella and the people from reception were outstandingly friendly and kind. Emanuella truly made our time in Capri an exceptional experience. I cannot imagine ever going back to capri without staying at Regina Cristina

Room needs more details such as more switches , a full length mirror and hooks in bathroom. The mirror in bathroom was quite old and every time we had a shower we had lots of water coming out. The doors aren’t soundproofed and the cleaning staff was very loud. We could hear them talking and pushing trolleys back and forth. Very bad Wi-Fi.

Very friendly welcome. Large room with patio overlooking sea. Very short walk to Capri town centre & shops. We ate in the restaurant two nights - both meals were delicious with pizza cooked in a wood fired oven at the side of the dining area. All the staff were lovely.

A little walk from where the taxi drops you down narrow cobbled streets to the hotel. The hotel will arrange luggage transfer for a small price - worth asking for.

the luggage transport service is pricey and the system dodgy… it doesn’t make sense to pay an amount directly at the porters at the port (8€ per item) and then an extra amount at the hotel reception (10€ per item), plus an extra ticket for big suitcases for our return to the port which wasn’t asked for on arrival (4€)

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main square bit in a nice quiet location to avoid how busy the square was. The online pictures do not do the hotel justice, there have obviously been recent refurbishments and the rooms have been redecorated to a nice, new modern standard. Hotel reception staff were extremely helpful for the whole visit.

Breakfast service was rather busy with not too much organisation as is self service - the service team worked very hard but slightly muddled in the offering of hot drinks. The food however on offer was very nice.

The hotel room and balcony with view was outstanding. We sat and yacht watched in tge evenings. Perfect central location. Helpful staff particularly the lovely lady with glasses on at reception. Breakfast was good.

The hotel facilities stated on booking.com that we had a hot tub with our room & swimmimg pool in hotel so I was initially very disappoinred to find the swiiming pool is shut in 2022 & our room had a spa bath in the bathroom not a hot tub. I realise now this was a translation issue. However the woman at reception was very kind and sent fizz & nibbles for my friend's birthday. The bathroom was clean but needed a little maintenance eg limescale on the shower head.
