The hotel is in a beautiful location. The premises are very clean and well manicured. The pool was beautiful. The views are unreal. Having breakfast every morning with the best view on the entire island is special. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Poolside service for food and drinks was great. We will be back!

Being that it was our first time on the island, we didnt know their was a transport service on the island for transporting your luggage to and from the hotels to the ferrys/port. So on arrival we carried our luggage all the way to our hotel ourselves which was a bit of a pain. The hotel should reach out to arriving guests before their scheduled arrival to schedule this service for them.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am sad I forgot the gentleman that assisted us with our check in. He was absolutely amazing. He called in a personal favour to get us a tour we had been struggling to get. The waiters, concierge, basically everyone was just incredible. The facilities at the hotel were good.

The location is great, just few minutes walk to the square , but very calm , they gave us a great suite as a free upgrade, we felt very special . Beautiful view from the terrace for breakfast , service was really 5 star, very boutique and personal. Tonino welcome us with the great surprise of the upgrade , he was very professional and the owner as well was there all the time to be sure that the clients have a good experience and service. Great value for the price!

No spa

The nicest place on Via Tragara and maybe all of Capri. The room was newly remodeled, clean, bright and beautiful. The view from the rooms and pool are incredible, as was the restaurant for lunch and dinner. However, the best part about La Scalinatella is Gennaro. He is a treasure that makes you feel like a special guest creating an experience that is truly remarkable....really about as good as it can get!

There was absolutely nothing my wife and I could say we didn't like. We booked another hotel in the same category for this same trip following our stay at La Scalinatella and it doesn't even come close.

Amazingly beautiful Hotel. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who for my birthday surprised me with a room upgrade, cake with candle after dinner and sang happy birthday! We were welcomed to enjoy the pool and facilities after check out too. An incredible stay.

The Scalinatella is a romantic and wonderful place to stay, specially for couplrs that ar looking for tranquility and great servicio. The staff was very attentive and friendly all time. Tito, Marco and the concierge that made all arrangements for us were great.

Loved the croissant and coffee!

We emailed for luggage pick up the day before our arrival but apparently not early enough for this service. It is very difficult bringing luggage to your hotel. Also, the elevator to our room was not working and then the back door got stuck so we couldn't get into our room. The staff was very kind and helped us to get back in.

Beautiful location, friendly stuff

Breakfast. Very limited. The fruit were not ripe and bad quality. Most hotels have better breakfast options

We are so very thankful for the wonderful people working at the hotel. They made us feel like family. Special thank you to Julia, Gennaro, Carmen, and Mario. You made our stay so beautiful and worry free. We will be back. Service was primo and room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Gratzie!

The hotel was fantastic. The owner was present at all times and it was evident the love and hard work that has been it in to make this one of the best stays in Capri! We will definitely be back!
