We traveled as a family of 6 including 3 teenagers and a child. We had the most enjoyable stay at Le Farnete, which is managed and run with care and very thoughtfully by Chiara and her parents. We felt very welcomed and at home here. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for a dip after a long day in the sweltering heat. The breakfast was tasty with homemade cakes, fresh juice and locally sourced bread and yogurt. We had three double rooms including a deluxe room which was more spacious. Our trip to Florence turned even more enjoyable thanks to the helpful hints from Chiara on places to visit and parking options. Chiara went out of her ways so many times to help us out including making dinner reservations for the family and at short notice. We were so touched by the kindness that we receive from Chiara and her parents when they drove to our rescue late in the evening when we had an unexpected breakdown and couldn't get a taxi. The short start at Le Farnete was simply a home away from home! The villa is exceptionally well managed by Chiara. She is our new found friend and extremely nice. On our first day she even went out of her way to provide us with some delicious homemade lunch as the nearby restaurants were closed. She also ensured we had plenty of chilled water in the room everyday. I cannot recommend Le Farnete enough. We will most definitely return for a second visit!

Wonderful variety of cakes, bread, yoghurt and choice of juice and drinks - homemade - for breakfast. If you ask for hot chocolate, the most amazing hot chocolate 'mousse' will appear :) Incredible renovation, with some original frescoes, done by the owners - beautiful ambience of relaxed but attentive hospitality. Next door to a friendly Italian restaurant.

The mosquitoes! The kind host supplies mosquito plug-in repellent system but suggest mosquito nets over the beds would be a good addition ;) The air conditioning system did not appear to be turned on but my proficiency with technology (a/c units included) is limited so more probably my inability to make it work.

Villa Le Farnete in Carmignano is truly a gem of a place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, Chiara and Marco. Their fantastic attitude and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast at Villa Le Farnete is simply outstanding. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local delicacies. The attention to detail and variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone. The interiors of the villa are absolutely stunning. The combination of classic Italian architecture and tastyful design elements created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. But what truly sets Villa Le Farnete apart is the personal touch provided by Chiara and Marco. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From recommending local attractions to arranging transportation, they were always there to assist us with a smile. In conclusion, our experience at Villa Le Farnete was nothing short of fantastic. The exceptional service, delicious breakfasts, and beautiful interiors made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Carmignano.

Every room in the villa is so so beautiful, like living in a fairy tale. The villa only has 5 rooms and has private gated parking. The room is new and modern, good space and very comfortable with everything I needed. Chiara the host was kind enough to provide us with drinking water everyday because we kept forgetting to get to the supermarket. I like how private the villa is, we could hang out in any of the common space comfortably.

There was a wedding party in the restaurant of the same name next door and the dance music was so loud from our room. Thankfully it stopped at midnight (and we were late sleepers).

Chiara was lovely, she helped arranged a transfer to and from the airport for us and also booked a tasting experience for us which real highlight. The surroundings are so beautiful and the Le Farnete is a wonderful old building full of character.

Charming villa from the 14th century but updated with all modern amenities. What a fantastic view from the window! Linen was superior to all my latest travels, really nice cotton. Appreciated that they made the conscious decision not to include items that cannot be laundered such as “decorative” pillows or blankets that never get washed and are unsanitary. Chiara was a sweetheart helping me with my luggage up the stairs. She was willing to go out of her way literally to assist with a last minute request that I failed to communicate in advance. The location is easy to reach from/back to Florence via taxi (about €50) but it is hard to navigate Tuscany without a car/driver as there are no local taxis or Ubers. This was the case for friends who stayed in other villages nearby, as well. Chiara was charming and hospitable!

Great opportunity to stay at an authentic Tuscany villa rather than a generic hotel. The villa is beautiful, room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfy (not too soft). Breakfast was very good, nice selection of pastries and fruit, eggs are prepared fresh per your request. There is also a small pool you can use. Our host was super nice and helpful.

The room could use some soundproofing (we heard some noise from the hallway through the door) but considering this is an old villa, it's understandable.

Very nice location in old mansion that exudes Italian atmosphere. Very friendly host, good breakfast. The restaurant is also nice. Closed parking where we could leave the car for several days while we did a cycling tour through Toscane. Small but nice swimming pool with comfortable chairs around. We would surely go back.

The villa is beautiful and traditional with the most stunning views. It is clean and you are cared for by a wonderful host called Chiara, and her family. It is up the hills so you need a car ideally, as it is a small town with a very limited taxi service. I have nothing but praise for this place.

Chiara was an excellent host, couldn’t be more helpful, dinner and breakfast was out of this world! I don’t drink coffee but ordered a cappuccino and it was delicious!! Couldn’t recommend enough, lovely pool area and view was exceptional
