great location for exploring Tuscany. good train station close by abs supermarket too and great road connections. the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help with train timetables and suggestions of the best beaches to visit and why. always plenty of hot water on tap and great to have a kitchen, including a fridge and a microwave with grill. great that we had a studio including a double bed and 2 singles for our sons. Also very nice to have a private balcony in the shade at the back of the studio plus a communal sunny terrace to the front with chairs and sun loungers. Free parking. The continental breakfast was fresh with a large choice of 3 different types of croissants. Boiled eggs, meats and cheese, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Two types of fruit juice. A kettle for hot water for tea and a lady to serve proper Italian coffee and to keep everything replenished. Lots of sweet pastries and cakes plus a choice of bread to toast and butter, jams and honey. Plus, excellent free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Many thanks and highly recommended.

the beds could have been a bit softer and the bathroom would have been better if it had a window.

The breakfast was great, had everything I needed and more. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything I needed, they even accommodated us arriving after the work hours.

Air conditioning always reset once you enter the room and it was set on what seemed to be the coldest temperature imaginable, so the very first thing coming into to the room you have to adjust the air conditioning

Receptionist was great, very helpful man. Nice location of the hotel.

Breakfast is very poor, and italian staff who is working in hotel yells in the dinning room while people are having breakfast. Honestly, it was not very nice to have that atmosphere while eating and drinking first coffee of the day. Matresses are little bit too hard.

Check in was closing early on Saturday at 6 p.m.), we had a solution, key with envelope, but still it was better for us to check in with someone with the desk.... Late check in requires early communication with the check in desk

We stayed for 2 nights. We came a little bit late, after check in hour, but they left us ditailed instructions to get to the room. Train station is 10 min walk, so you can easily transport to the center of Firenze in 15 min. Lady at the reception was sooooo kind. She gave us all informations and was very helpful.

The room was clean, staff very friendly, great service, very delicious breakfast with wide range to choose from. 1.3km from train station if looking to go to Florence, very comfortable.

Hotel is too good, spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is available on pay as you go basis. Also, there are 2 supermarket near to the place if you want anything to eat, drink

everything is very thoughtfully designed and maintained here for tourist needs and comfort. A studio apartment facility you get in hotel is just perfect deal.

The hotel was beautiful from the inside, clean, new, well furnished. The fridge was a big plus! The reception was very nice and helpful.

Cold water wasn't! The location of the hotel is quite unpleasant. Otherwise the hotel was nice clean and well furnished. As usual in Italy, the windows were not for ventilation, only opening.
