They were kind enough to open up the breakfast to me before the scheduled time.

It was advertised as having an airport shuttle and a mini-fridge. There was no mini-fridge. Apparently the airport shuttle was not included in the booking price which was not clear to me at the time of booking. On top of that, the shuttle for a fee was only certain hours and outside of those hours the staff just call a friend and charge whatever they want (I was told 25 euros by the night staff and 20 euros for the morning staff. With limited Italian and exhaustion, I was unable to figure out what the pricing likely should have been to make sure I was being charged fairly.

Location is good. You have to have the car (taxi is not cheap!), hotel offers the free parking. Room is clean and bed is cosy. Good bathroom, nice shower (water pressure is ok). Breakfast is not rich, but enough to fill the stomach.

Hotel has very good rooms with soundproof windows, but airplanes are landing/taking off just above the building, so get ready :) Not a big deal, the night is quite calm.

The location they have a lot of restaurants near and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

You can get there just by car do not have any train or bus that you can take.

ok… here I tell you guys.. if you plan to book here prepare to pay a lot for taxi to Napoli area cuz the Casoria is out side Napoli region will cost extra, nothing against the hotel just the location need to fit the needs of the trip.

Very clean and staff are lovely they went out of their way to help us. staff spoke little English but used a translate app and everything was understood between us. The rooms are very clean and close to the airport cost about 30€ taxi from the airport

The hotel is not in Naples, so taxi from the main train costed us around €50 (€30 to airport) even though the rides are around 10min long. It’s not complaint to the hotel, but more like what I wish to read when booking the hotel.

Big and nice room with AC for a cheap price, and not far from the airport (useful for a late arrival or early departure).

Breakfast is not very good, only industrial products. But included in the cheap price, so that’s fair.

The reception secured a taxi for us. We had some translation issues, but we worked them out. Manager was very helpful.

We had to be at the airport for an early flight and the hot water was not working in our room.

Place located in industrial area, not much to see around and planes landing at nearby airport can become annoying sometimes.

taxis would charge double the money for the ride to the property even though it’s right beside the airport, seemed like a scam.
