Comfortable basic hotel near to the airport - 10 minute walk but not easy to actually get in to the hotel. To get into the hotel, you need to find a gate in the fence round hire car park, and press the button on an intercom to unlock the gate. (There is another entrance on the street side of the hotel, but it needs another intercom to get in.) Use google map because there are no clear signs. Once you get into the hotel the staff are kind and helpful. Don't use the lift - see below. Breakfast was OK.

Don't use the lift. It's prone to stop between floors and trap you in it. Then you need to use your mobile phone to get help from reception. Just don't use the lift. Otherwise, every thing worked OK.

Hotel was conveniently located for the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There are building works surrounding the hotel and car parks and finding the hotel in the dark was difficult. It would have been helpful if the hotel had placed signs at strategic points to guide guests through the temporary access routes.

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. Just under 10 minutes walk. Past a cafe bar on the corner, where hot and cold food is served. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Ariana, who we met when we stayed last year. In the morning, for breakfast the lady serving was extremely friendly and made our daughter feel very comfortable in the breakfast room, she even helped her spread something on her waffles. The venue had refurbed the pool area, new beds, shower, tiles and pool liner.

Large dogs barking throughout the night outside, and what seemed to be a lot of dog mess in their cage which wasn't pleasant to see when walking past the cage.

Location and breakfast were excellent. We needed a comfortable place to sleep after an overnight flight US to France and then on to Italy; this hotel was basic in many ways but suited us just fine. Only one "restaurant" in proximity (actually a bar serving bar food), but the short-ish walk to Naples airport was OK to find food.

Hotel itself was fine: staff and facilities just what we needed. Location was a bit remote from amenities, but car repair and small factories were interesting

Based on reviews, my expectations were very low. Turns out, this is the perfect place to stay when you need to be up and out the door by 4:00 am for a 6:10 am flight to CDG. The front desk is manned 24 hours and they buzz you out through the back entrance and it’s a flat 10-minute walk to the terminal. Various eats and drinks are available in the lobby, including spirits. The night before, there being no closer restaurants, we walked to the airport for dinner and to test run the route. The room looks basic but had lots of amenities: slippers, razor and toothbrush kits, treat on the pillow.

The hairdryer stopped and started but after this 4-week trip I’ve learned in future to always bring my own.

My family and I stayed here overnight to catch a very early morning flight the following day, the location worked very well. The hotel was clean and comfortable. A standout of our visit was the front desk employee Raffaella, she was wonderful! Attentive, knowledgable and all around lovely. She helped us have drinks at the bar and was a complete delight! Thank you to Raffaella for everything 😊

Very close to the airport, 5 minutes walk from the terminal. The staff was very friendly, they even gave us cornettos for breakfast even though it was not included in the booking. It is underrated on Booking.com for some reason, so it exceeded our expectations. Right in front of the bus stop of bus line 182 which connects the neighbourhood with the city centre.

Vicinity of the airport obviously means some noise, this is inevitable.

It was so close to the airport it only took up under 10 minutes to get there. The hotel itself was cosy, clean, and we even had a massive tub in our room! The staff were friendly and informative, always happy to answer our daft questions.

The location itself isn't ideal if you want to experience Naples but we only booked for one night close to the airport as we arrived late at night, so for us it was perfect!

We chose this hotel since we had an early morning flight out of Napoli. We were pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, the overall review score on Booking does not do the place justice. The room was, huge, clean and well maintained. My suggestion to the hotel management is to replace the picture on Booking showing the entrance. The hotel looks much better in reality than it does in the picture!

For those who need to get to the airport early in the morning, its the best place to stay. The rooms are very nice, bath is clean and nice. There is a bus in front of the hotel to go down to the city center if you came early the day before. From the hotel it is 10 minutes walking to the terminal.

The hotel includes breakfast but if you leave too early you get only some coffee and cold bake…The can do better for the customers.
