Due to an early flight and need to return a rental car, we left Sorrento early and booked a room here because it is very close to the airport and the car rental return. The hotel looks shabby from the outside, which mad us nervous, but the inside was very clean and updated and actually better than the hotel we stayed at in Rome. There is also a nice restaurant/bar area attached. Very close to the airport. The girl at the front desk (Cinthia?) was the most helpful person we met in our 2 weeks in Italy, answered all our questions cheerfully and was so helpful. She arranged for a taxi to come at 4am to pick us up (could have walked but we had a lot of luggage).

Maybe update the outside.

An absolutely beautiful stay for our night before our very early flight. 8 minute walk from the airport was perfect. Check in was fast, the lobby was lovely and the staff were great. The room itself was beautifully clean and cold, with an incredible air conditioning unit (Hisense, brand new!). The bathroom was fantastic, with their own brand of shower gels, soaps, a shaving kit etc etc. Shower works flawlessly, hot water and high pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows and clean, spotless sheets. 10/10. Also, there is a brand new McDonalds right around the corner (1-2 min walk) so its great for a meal in the evening or morning before your flight as there is not much else around.

Only issues were the wifi just didnt work, but I am sure this can be fixed with a software tweak, so not a huge deal especially if youre here for just one night which I suspect everyone staying here would be! Also, the location is amazing for the airport, but its quite far away from the rest of Naples.

The hotel was close to the airport which was why we booked it. The bathroom had been recently renovated. The room was sparse but very clean with ample linens and towels The young woman who checked us in was very pleasant and also did double duty as bartender and happily made us drinks. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We were hesitant about this hotel after reading some reviews but it exceeded our expectations for a one night stay and early departure for a plane.

Sounds carry but everything was quiet by 10 pm.

- very clean updated modern room - we were pleasantly surprised after the reviews on here - shower was AMAZING - great location in that we were able to walk to the airport in 10 min - bed was comfy

- sketchy neighborhood - naples was celebrating a soccer win until 4am right on the street of Millenium Gold and it was chaos and loud and thousands of people screaming and setting off fireworks and police sirens which was not great before our 5am flight - but this isn’t Millennium Gold’s fault at all!

Varied dinner menu, served by a very pleasant and efficient waitress. The receptionist on duty on the morning of the 11th October was also very pleasant and helpful- it makes such a difference when staff are nice to the guests. We also liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport.

The bed could have been a little softer - but that is just my personal preference.

Great stay close to the airport, always 24/7 staff available to help and can speak many languages. Hotel staff were friendly and willing to have transport arranged at any time. Clean rooms with TV and channels. Wifi was great too, and bonus staffed bar within the hotel. Everything you can expect from a quick stay before jetting off to the airport.

The hotel in general is good. Good food is served in the restaurant our only negative is it was way too salty for our taste. Like a lot of people we have cut down on salt for health reasons and prefer to add salt ourselves as a choice if we feel we need to. For example I had a pasta carbonara which was lovely but destroyed by salt. I should have mentioned this at the time but didn’t like to offend the lovely staff. However I realize it’s not really kind not to mention something that can easily be rectified. That would be our only negative. Otherwise a good hotel in every way.

Easy check in - Rooms clean and very good size Complimentary water and toiletries in rooms. The bar service was excellent and the food was well presented and tasted delicious! If travelling with children be advised dinner service starts at 18.30hrs. Breakfast had a good selection if continental items and a selection of eggs, sausage, bacon. Good value for money. Cam also pay locally for €6.90 Highly recommend for a transit hotel close to airport

Unfortunately, the flush was continous in our room , and I didn't realise this until after the children's bedtime. We use white noise to drown out noise so didn't really affect us - however informed hotel. A maintainance issue not so much affecting the hotel.

Hotel is close to the airport and this is ok for morning flights. Taxi costs 20EUR to go 900 meters to airport (taxi drivers claim this is the minimum amount), but it is easy to walk (we did this 4AM in the night, no problem, street lights were on everywhere), also with luggage (quality of sidewalk is ok, much better than in Naples).

The room was small, overall the look of the hotel was kinda "used" (but clean). No much options to do anything around, just to stay in the room, but I guess this is expected for an airport hotel

Great location less than 10 minutes walk from the airport. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful with hot and cold options, a choice of pastries, fruit and yogurts.

the tv didn’t work, unable to scan & save channels. It didn’t bother me though, and the reception staff did offer to sort it out on my return.
