This experience was unique. An old house, horses, dogs, and chickens. The host was super friendly and kind, speaks English. They upgraded us to a better room for free. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, more attention should be paid to cleanliness and odor here. Since both the house and the furnishings are very old, it might help to get rid of some old items, artificial flowers in the rooms, and cobwebs. The bed linens and towels could be newer and white, for example. Maybe some home fragrances could help, as the furniture has its own old smell. This is just our experience and expectations for a hotel. For others, it might be a wonderful experience because it really feels like being at grandma's in the countryside.

An absolutely divine stone farmhouse nestled in the heart of nature with a view on the surrounding hills —a serene and tranquil paradise complete with horses, chickens, and dogs. The children were in absolute bliss, roaming freely and bonding with the friendly animals. Our hosts were incredibly gracious, welcoming us with warmth and kindness. Just a short, idyllic stroll away, a charming restaurant delighted us with pasta and pizza, featuring decadent mushrooms and truffles. And the breakfast was excellent. We will surely be back another time.

One unique experience, located in the middle of grasslands next to the borders between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna and kept with a vintage yet comfort style!the hosts were more than warm and treated us with some of the finest products of their fattoria and the area of Emilia-Romagna! There is a very cozy bar nearby and a restaurant with wicked tastes just one minute away! Olympia the dog was the highlight of the stay and always willing to give you some kisses! Thanks Tity and Willy for making our trip unforgettable!

This was a great one night getaway in the hills after a long day in florence. We were really glad we booked it as it was such an incredible experience to stay in this old house from 1700. The owners are really nice and they even arranged for us to get dinner at the local pizzeria even though the were full. We knew that it wasnt going to be luxurious but that was exactly what we wanted and we were really happy waking up with those views in the morning!

I dont understand the bad reviews. Please consider that this is not a 5 star hotel. Its an old house with rustic interior and the rooms are quite noisy since the house is really really old. We were aware of this and still enjoyed our stay really much!

Amazing place! We came late in the evening and the lovely and welcoming host Titti was waiting for us. When she discovered that we were hungry after our drive, she immediately called a near (and delicious) restaurant and made sure they will wait for us! The next morning we woke up to the most beautiful view you can imagine, of mountains and forests surrounding the vast property! The hosts and staff - Olympia and Olivia the dogs, Titti, Villie and everyone else are amazing, good hearted people that will make you feel at home from the first moment you arrive. The view is beautiful, the room is comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. We had a such a great time and were sad to leave. We will definitely return!

Having both studied hotelschool and worked in several hospitality places we can say that this place is pure hospitality. From the perfectly clean bed- and bathroom to the cosy breakfast. But especially the genuine hospitality of the hosting couple, who were very flexible considering our last minute booking. The place is surrounded by nature and horses, has an authentic atmosphere and is near a restaurant where we enjoyed a great dinner. We highly recommend everyone to visit to enjoy Italy, the beautiful surroundings of this place and the genuine kindness of these wonderful people.

A wonderful and impressive Accomodation in a centuries old farmhouse. My room was cosy warm (winter) and very comfortable and a great breakfast every morning. The owners Titti and Willy were very helpful and accomodating supplying me with countless tips and information about the surrounds. I stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed it. The Area of Emilia–Romagna near the Tuscan border in the Apennin Mountains is a great region to explore as there is little tourism but full of little villages, forests and streams and hidden gems.

The room is comfortable for 3 people, bathroom was big and well equipped. It was very clean. The host was very kind. Breakfast is delicious, with home made pastries, eggs, fruits, etc. Location is right in the middle from Bologna to Firenze, in the countryside, house with horses and beautiful landscape.

No air conditioner, but historically the weather hadn’t been so hot, this is why there is no AC. But as this summer was very hot, the room was also warmer.

THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER BEEN!!! The view is fantastic! Quiet, close to nature, with a friendly dog and beautiful horses. This is a place where you can hide from the world! The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very cozy. The house is a hundreds-year-old building with matching furniture. We were treated wonderfully, the hosts are very kind and lovable! They also helped us travel because our car broke down. We are very grateful for them! We hope to come back again!

Firstly ,the owner, Mrs Gagliani. Such a warm and intelligent lady. The place itself was very easy to reach,not far from highway (was with a big van).Cosy house,room with low seeling and non of fake decorations, plastics,all details are natural,hand made.I took some ideas for myself (sorry).
