Charming, well located, with a very service minded and present owner, with an eye for details. He truly over delivered on everything, including the breakfast. I asked for a gluten free breakfast for me and a normal for my husband it was all delicious with a lot of options. When we picked up the car in the parking he had called to make them prepare the car, even though the parking was not connected to him. It was also very easy to communicate with him over WhatsApp, always with quick and helpful replies. It is located in a quite street, but still very close to the center. A cute detail is the love letters between his grandparents in the entrance hall, together with the story of their relationship, very heart warming.

The B&B is in a great location, the rooms are very nice and the staff are very helpful and kind. Great value.

We had rooms near the entrance and at times, there was a lot of hallway noise. It didn't bother us but it could some people. Also, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the rooms and if I hadn't had my husband or son to carry the luggage, I would have struggled. I only had carry on bags but they were heavy and if I were on my own, I usually select places with elevators and didn't think to check this here. But, they told me they would have carried them up for me so it might not be an issue for you. I am very fit so didn't mind walking them - just didn't want to carry my luggage up them.

The location was fabulous as very central. The room was huge and the bed very large and so comfortable, very tall windows and shutters opening on to a small balcony. Everything was clean, cannot fault the room we were in at all. Loved it. When you arrived in the Reception area it was wow, again so clean and welcoming. All staff were lovely. Finally I am coeliac and they went above and beyond to make my breakfast as good as my husbands.

There really was nothing we did not like as such. When we arrived we were a bit worried as the street had graffiti all around, however upon walking around Catania that was not uncommon and we got used to it. The B&B from the outside did not look like much however once you climbed the stairs and stepped in to the actual Reception area it was just wow, this is lovely.

Amazing place and very central. We were welcomed by Giuseppe who took care of everything during our stay! Wonderful host. The breakfast was served in the room and was very tasty! We would stay there again!

if we have to mention one thing it would be that the place doesn’t have a lift. This is good to be aware of if you have any disabilities or small children you have to carry up the stairs. However, when it came to the luggage, Giuseppe helped us carry our stuff up and down.

To start, the room was gorgeous and clean. The cleanliness was consistent through the stay. The location is perfect for walking around downtown Catania and felt very safe. Giuseppe went above and beyond with breakfast; incredibly generous portions that, and I really appreciated the caution with cross contamination as I asked for a gluten free breakfast. I can’t recommend enough. If you’re staying in Catania, stay here! You will not regret it.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

It's hard to single out one thing, everything related to our stay was just perfect. The hosts were so kind to assist me with surprising my girlfriend for her birthday and the gift was chosen with great care. The room itself was spacious and elegantly stylish, preserving the local style, but with a luxurious touch. Breakfast was diverse and filled with local delicacies and we were looking forward to it every morning. Hosts were extremely hospitable and cared for our every need. Overall one of the best places I've had the pleasure to visit.

We stayed at Palazzo for five days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Palazzo is situated in the centre of Catamia, easy to reach by bus from the airport and is in an ideal position for restaurants and for sightseeing. The room had ample space. As everyone comments, the breakfast is superb. I would definitely recommend the Palazzo and would hope to return in the future.

Beautiful spacious room with lots of style and character. Breakfast was fresh delicious with a lavish spread brought to our room. Location is very central with bars restaurants and sights all in close walking distance. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and hospitable. We would strongly recommend a stay B&B Palazzo Cerami when visiting Catania.

This B&B was by far the best place we have stayed during our trip around Italy. Beautiful room, the breakfast was incredible and the staff are so lovely! It felt like our home away from home and Giuseppe is so friendly and welcoming and made our stay so wonderful! Thank you so much Giuseppe! Can’t recommend enough! Everything was perfect!!

Our one day trip to Catania was originally planned just to be an easy starting point for our flight to Rome before we headed back to the States. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful evening time atmosphere. While during the day, parts of the city can seem a bit unpolished, once the sun goes down Catania sparkles. This B&B was definitely a highlight! The shower was superb. The decor looks like something out of a a Ritzy fashion magazine. The breakfast was over the top gorgeous and delectable. Our hosts were so professional, accommodating, taking care of every detail.
