The owners are extremely hospitable, they maintain a huge villa as a really nice family hotel. The building is easy to approach, the surroundings are clean and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The room is well equipped, the price for it was a really good deal.

The accommodation environment is very good, the house is very new and clean, and provides a very good breakfast. The best B&B I have stayed during my travels in Italy. It feels like home.

The location is a good starting point to see all the must-sees in Tuscany. The B&B is an old farming house which got restored completely. The house is really nice and our room had an old brick roof. The owner welcomed us warmly and a lady was there to explain everything. The staff is really friendly and we got a tour through the apartment of the owner, who lives in the same building. It was explained that a pool will be build in the future what maked the accomodation even more interesting in the future.

Gianluca is a really amazing host! He has created a great place,every details was thought by him and you can feel it. I really appreciated a place with a story like that! The rooms are very comfortable,air condition,good mats,little fridge and a nice shower! Free coffe always available just outside in the breakfast room. I really recommend it!!

Beautiful quiet place, and at the same time not far from the motorway to the south of Italy. Gianluca is the perfect host. We felt like we were visiting long time friends. Very good breakfast served by Gianluca. Very nice and original rooms. Each one completely different. Really beautiful. Free parking. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.

Very nice host. Good variety for breakfast. We could also choose from different sweet pastries. Flexible check-In and Check-Out. Always reachable if we needed advice. The room was spacious and stuffed with everything you need. There was even a mini refrigerator in the Room. It is easy reachable by car and you could park directly in front of the house. The garden is big with a couple of seating areas.

Incredible host! He received us very well, helped us with tourism tips! the room is wonderful and very clean! Incredibly tasty breakfast! we had a wonderful experience!

Gianluca is a wonderful host, very helpful, positive and able to assist with good recommendations. Place is clean and comfortable, good base to visit Chianti, Siena, Arezzo or Florence.

Lovely cheerful host greeted us and showed us to a very well appointed clean room. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

I decided to walk there and the streets in the town aren't really built for that. Bike or preferably car suggested.
