Nice quiet location in Tuscany. Views from the restaurant are amazing and pool was lovely to take in the views. Apartment was set back from the hotel which gave it a very private feeling and quiet. Plenty of space for a family of 4 traveling with 2 young kids (4 and 6 yo). Only a short walk through an olive grove to the main hotel with private parking for any residents staying in the apartment villa. We also did a wine tasting experience with our kids at their farm below which was close and convenient for us. Kids loved decorating their own labels for wine bottles we took home. Would love to stay again in the future!

Located in a heavenly part of Tuscany. An elegant, charming and beautiful villa that exceeded my expectations. Beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable room. Gorgeous vintage furnishings, an enormous traditional and beautiful bathroom. The restaurant was lovely, overlooking the stunning Tuscan hills. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Thank you to the kind and caring reception and restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A fairytale 'dinner in the vines' was so much fun, amazing food and wine and wonderful entertainment. Thank you La Palagina team, special mention to Mattia. Sad to leave but can't wait to return some day soon 🌻💗

This property is absolutely stunning and while nestled in the middle of the tuscan countryside, it was an easy 15 minute drive from the train stop in Figline which itself is just a few stops from Florence! Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The pools and grounds are incredible and spotless, the breakfast was delicious and complete, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They helped me set up an entire weeks worth of activities before our arrival! We traveled with our 4 year old and since the villa is connected to an agroturismo on the same property, we were able to set up many activities: farm tour and feed animals, learning about bees, picnic, cooking class, playground, etc for our daughter. The dinner in the vineyard with live music, wine and amazing food was the highlight of our trip.

There needs to be better food at the pool bar - there was only fruit and toasted ham and cheese and ice cream available. Also, it'd be nice to have a taxi service or golf cart readily available for guests to use to get around the property and surrounding area as it is expensive to get taxis everywhere, and for anyone with mobility issues, walking up and down from the hills between the villa and agroturismo would be challenging.

Beautiful. Good activities. Accommodating to food allergies. Amazing cappucinos in the morning.

Staff wants guests to keep and reuse pool towels. Some activities could be improved in their intersctivity. Very slow to replace empty food trays at breakfast. Room fridge too small. No market or convenience store. No property map. Orientation and signage could be improved.

This property is perfect for families… between the available experiences offered (we tried the wine/olive oil tasting, farm, bees, pool, hiking), the friendly staff, and restaurant for breakfast/dinner. It is exactly as described and more.

It was perfect.

The room had the most wonderful view and was very clean and kept clean every day of our stay - The staff are very helpful and seem to be happy in their work - The food in general was good, however they could do with making some changes, if you were going to say any longer than we did one might find the menu a little repetitive.

Absolutely loved the views and all the different seating areas to relax around the hotel. The TWO pools were awesome and meant it was never crowded!

Little difficult to get to via public transport and very expensive to get to via taxi but the hotel was helpful in arranging an taxi for airport pick up.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond- special thanks to Nataly and Vanessa, who were wonderful at reception and attentive throughout our entire stay.

No food/beverage or towel service available at the pool, and the restaurant menu did not live up to the hype. Not many options available and the food was just ok.

The views were exceptional and the property was gorgeous. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. It was stunning.

The menu was very restrictive and the breakfast wasn’t the best to be honest. Apart from that I have nothing else to complain about.
