The property is very beautiful and impeccably clean. It is not in the centre but one cannot have a resort in a city centre. The walk is 10-15 min to Otranto’s old town. Enjoyed the breakfast, sitting on the lovely relaxation areas and the pool area is wonderful. The workers were very helpful and courteous.

The room was very small. We practically had no space to open the luggage. The shower only had a head piece/rain shower and hence you have to be careful to avoid getting your hair wet. No lift to the first floor. At least I would expect the hotel staff to help in such situations. They helped us on the way in but not on the way out.

Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Restaurant was lovely. Room was functional with lovely garden view. Staff were very helpful. Very peaceful setting a great place to unwind. Garden has beautiful olive trees each with their own character. Would definitely stay again

Shower in room only had hand shower working overhead shower didn't work. Would advise people to be very careful of step from hallway to reception you can easily miss it would advise hotel to mark it out as we nearly fell a few times by missing the step.

Great care and attention given to keeping the hotel clean and safe. Helpful welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast buffet offers a nice choice and can set you up for the day. The restaurant open to outside guests in the evening offers a tasty menu with a good selection of wines. The pool is clean, well maintained and good size with relaxing vibe and sunbeds.

If you are tall (over 180cm/5ft 11+) thing you need to be careful of as you go to descend the stairs from the 1st floor to the ground floor (Reception area), you will hit your head on the ceiling. I did it a few times at the start of my stay. I had to remember to duck my head and descend the stairs with head bowed - as there is no sign warning you or padding to protect your head.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations in grandeur and consistently caring and attentive service. The location itself was really stunning and the building and pool are not to miss. It’s definitely worth booking here if you don’t mind being slightly away from town center- although they do have a private pathway that leads straight to the port anyways!

I cannot fault anything really, we had an amazing time- a great hotel for anyone who doesn’t mind the short walk into city center.

Beautiful hotel far exceeded our expectations, decor, fittings and furniture were all top quality. The pool was gorgeous especially after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was great always fresh and varied and plentiful. The staff were lovely always with a smile.

Location is a 15 minute walk to Otranto Town centre part of which is along a dark road with no pavement. Ensure you ask reception about using the back gate as this makes it a bit easier

Gorgeous place. Exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is beautiful with great decor and access to the facilities. The room was comfortable and had a balcony access. Bathroom was spacious and bright. The staff are friendly helpful. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing. It is a 5 minutes drive from old town. The breakfast is varied and rich.

We had to check out at 10h30 am and no showers in lobby area in case we wanted to use the pool after checkout. Hence we did not use the pool.

I liked everything. The architecture is amazing, the decoration is so cute, careful and elegant. The whole hotel extremely clean and the staff lovely. Thanks so much for all of their care. The breakfast was the best I had in Italy. Quality and elegance in the entire place. Congratulations to the owner. What was the most perfect thing is that the owner knows how to preserve the antique structure and have modern features and utilities. Amazing.

A gem of a villa set above this beautiful town with a 15 walk there. Very stylish classic Roman feel. Well tended garden leading to spectacular pool we had to ourselves. Staff all most welcoming. Breakfast choice superb with full range of the best of the Mediterranean to a very high standard..Don't be put off by the by pass surrounding the perimeter. You hear no.road traffic and there is a quiet route to town.

Good location, could walk into town but a torch is needed for a small stretch of the road. Nice restaurant very helpful friendly staff. Rooms quite basic for a 4 star but that was in keeping with the old villa part we were in.

Villa have beautiful interior designed. Very good breakfasts and great swimming pool.

Lack of free drinks in the room( water should be FOC in this luxury Villa ). Located close to the main road - for me not a problem but for some people can be important.
