Everithing was fine, I really enjoed to stay here. Alessandro, the owner was really helpful. Meanwhile everithing was close, it was quiet, we were able to sleep well. The railway station is just 3 minutes walking from there, from there you can reach Naples centrum, Pompei and the Vesuvio transfer too. The Ercolano ruins are 10 minutes walking distance and it is not so crowded as Pompei, but providing the same feeling and experience. Around the place less than 5 min walking there are at least 3-4 restaurants whre you can try Neapolitan cuisines. My secret advise is: Ask Alex for a private dinner at Stone Garden!

The location is ideal. Two minutes walk from the railway station and 5 minutes walk to the Herculaneum ruins. The facilities were very good. Fridge, coffee maker with coffee, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. And most importantly in July effective air conditioning. Breakfast was pleasant taken in a friendly cafe across the road. The host Alessandra was outstanding. He communicated with us before leaving GB and as soon as we landed in Naples. He gave good advice on our transfer and welcomed us and showed us around the accommodation despite our late arrival. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here. 10/10.

This apartment was in a fantastic location! Right by the train station and an easy walk to the ruins. Our host was very accommodating and even picked us up from the airport for a reasonable fee. He even let us store our bags after check out while we did our tour. We enjoyed our free morning coffee and treat at Cafe Paris. The staff there were kind and helpful. The people in town are so welcoming and full of the Italian spirit. You can’t help walking around the people Herculaneum and smile :) On a mom note: I was traveling alone with my daughter and the way the apartment is set up we felt very safe. I never had to worry about someone unfamiliar coming to the door.

The location was fantastic being only a couple of minutes walk from Ercolano Scavi station. We were met by Alessandro who has been in contact with us throughout our travel and he couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The air conditioning in particular was well needed given the weather during our stay. Breakfast at the local cafe was a coffee and a croissant and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We ended up having our evening meal with them most nights we stayed as the food was lovely and cheaply priced considering

The B&B host was very caring and supportive, communication went smoothly - speaks basic English, so the most relevant information can be relayed. Rooms were well equipped - everything you need. Location is great - very close to the local trainstation and Herculaneum archaeological site is just down the street. Breakfast was available at a bar just around the corner - really great, filled croissants and tea/coffee to go with it.

Sadly the rooms were a bit damp, probably due to the location only slightly above ground floor (note: we visited in Mid October!)

The location is close to the train station, and a quick trip to sights and surrounding towns. There isn't much to the area in general though, but good value for the very low cost. The room was clean and fairly well equipped. The host was very quick to respond, helpful and communicative. Breakfast consists of a croissant & coffee from a cafe close by - a nice touch (this is the usual type of breakfast in Italy, so don't expect much more elsewhere either).

The beds were unfortunately rock hard (I barely slept the first night and had to sleep on top of a pillow for the rest of the trip!). There's also an emergency light that is brightly lit throughout the night, which woke me up a few times.

Wow what a stay! Alessandro welcomed us like family. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Breakfast is at a friendly local cafe across the road and is authentic - a pastry and coffee. Our favourite thing was the strong water pressure and how hot the water was. This was fantastic during winter and really made us feel comfortable after a long day. Water and coffee pods are provided as well as some toiletries. We also loved the neighbourhood. It did not feel touristy. It was so nice to see the nearby delis and see locals interacting outside.

Alessandro the owner was extremely accommodating in even though I arrived way behind schedule. The location is ideal; literally a few hundred feet from the Ercolano Scavi train station (when coming from Naples, be sure to take the Poggiomarina train). A short, straight walk down the street to the Herculaneum ruins. The room was very clean and modern. Although traveling alone, the room would have been enough for two people. Considering everything, I thought it was reasonably priced. Also very close to a lot of good eateries, like the Cafe de Paris which had incredible pizza.

Very clean (and appears to be all recently renovated). Very comfortable - with air conditioning. Fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was in a cafe across the street - so proper coffee and freshly baked pastries. The location is perfect for visitors to the archaeological sites - Herculaneum is 5 mins walk, and Pompei is 25 mins by metro. Also, here is an excellent pizzeria next door. Most of all, though, this property deserves 10/10 because of the hoist, Alessandro, who welcomed us, responded to every request promptly, and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The breakfast wasn't onsite. But it was at a nearby cafe which meant we could supplement it with many more options. Pimp it up!

The buildings in the neighbourhood are a bit rundown. I don't mind the grafitti but the fretting concrete isn't a good look. The area is nice at night Nothing the owner can do about that. The turnstile was weird. But not a problem.
