My wife and I absolutely loved the layout of the room, two balconies, looking at to sea, comfortable beds, air conditioning work effectively, and the bathroom was huge! The best part, was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful for the four nights that we stayed there. Everybody there absolutely loves dogs who is a part of our family and she definitely felt welcomed!! Our car was secured and a private parking garage and the beach was just across the walkway. Definitely recommend this location.

The only thing that we can say is a little more substance to the breakfast buffet. Add some vegetables and maybe a little ham and cheese to the omelettes. Pretty plain. So a different variety of granola to go with the yogurt. What was there we call oatmeal.Haha

We both had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were excellent and attentive, especially in the restaurant both for breakfast and evening dinner. I informed the restaurant staff I was Gluten Free and every time we came down at breakfast or dinner there was a separate bowl of Gluten Free bread, biscuits and crakers, the main waiter would talk me through the daily menu and let me know what was Gluten Free, in most cases I had a very good choice. Maximillion on the front desk also went out if his way to help with local attractions and advice on where to go. We also found that all the front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, so big thank you to all.

We could have done with Aircon at night.

The breakfast was superb, as were the two evening meals we had. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We shared a large, comfortable room overlooking the beach and spent some good times sitting out on the balcony watching the passers by. The whole hotel experience was delightful.

I cannot think of anything needing improvement.

It’s an old building with renovations but still can’t compete with modern hotels (isolation, standards). The beds are really basic… The bike room was great to have but the smell inside (detail) was awful.

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront. There was a storm the night I stayed so I got little sleep as the wind was so loud, but I loved watching the sea. Delicious and substantial breakfast. Recommended.

We stayed 5 nights after Easter 2022. The location is fantastic, the hotel and the rooms have been modernized, and the people were super friendly! We would come back and recommend the hotel.

The only thing which requires improvement is the noise insulation of the windows. You can hear the noise of the cars passing by the hotel.

Room was superb -- 3rd floor on the corner. Great views facing the sea. Great breakfast. Location excellent. Right near the beach and close to the old town.

Great location on the beach. 5min walk to the town centre. Upgrade to a sea facing room. Clean & friendly. Boncardo beach has good food and not overpriced. Helpful in booking a covid test for leaving the country.

No blankets, just a sheet, a bit cool in late September... The road could be noisy if you are on the back side of the hotel. Deck chairs were not included in the price but we got a discount. Breakfast lacking vegetables.

The insulation in the building was not sufficient so you could virtually follow the discussions in the neighbouring rooms.
