I’ve literally loved everything! The stuff welcomed us so warmly, everyone was so friendly and went each time an extra mile to make us feel the best in our holiday. The room was so good, so clean and thanks god when we have arrived the air conditioner was already working its wonders. (Coming from outside +30 degrees hot). The location was so good, just couple of minutes walking from the beach and city centre. Wonderful time!

Honestly, that’s the first time ever when I’m can say that I did like everything and nothing was wrong. I always try to give the most honest feedback good or bad. Everything was great and I would choose the same place again!

Breakfast was excellent and there was a large choice. Really enjoyed the local and freshly made Italian dishes. Staff was super helpful and friendly during out entire stay. The garden / entrance area with its plants and flowers is lovely and well maintained. Car parking was also good and just in front of the entrance. Location was perfect for us. Quick walk to the town center, lovely views but also very quiet area.

In our room the bathroom (Shower cabin especially) could use some renovation work. It was very clean but the sanitary installation was just quite old and therefore not that comfortable. At the same time, this is the charme of the hotel. It is a bit older but very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was absolutely incredible! Room was neat and tidy, bed comfortable and we had a little balcony to sit out on. The hotel has an amazing view from the pool area, pool was clean and really nice. Staff were so nice and friendly. The walk down to the beach/promenade area is a decent set of stairs, which was fine for us and we enjoyed the exercise. We walked from the station and for wheeling our suitcases, we used the road up the hill which doesn't have any stairs.

The room service was great but the floors seemed a little dusty even right after room service. I think that perhaps they forgot to vacuum our floor that time but it is such a minor detail for all the other great service they provided!

What made this trip and stay for us was the Staff of the Hotel. They went above and beyond ( Particularly Francesca ) and they could not do more for us! Breakfast was some spread which set us up every morning before we hit the Mountain bike trails. I will be back to Finale Ligure and will 100% stay in the hotel again

The Air conditioning could have been more powerful but other than that , everything was great

Hotel is greatly situated for going down to beach and town. Hotel has a breakfast with wide variety of things to enjoy. Bike rooms are absolute fantastic!! Pool beautiful with a great room. Staff was great and did change our room upon a request.

As a light sleeper, a pair or ear plugs and noice cancelling earphones were rather handy.

Location was 5 minutes down to the beach and city center. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety, staff was very friendly and very helpful. Parking in front of the hotel was a big plus. The pool area was added bonus with a great views. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with air- conditioning. We enjoyed our stay!!

We loved this hotel! Staff, breakfast, rooms, views, pool area, location - all were great! Very nice and "classic" atmosphere.

A bit stress with finding parking space, but the staff was very helpful so it went ok. A bit pricy, but everything was at this time of year.

We loved our stay here! Our room was a nice size with a balcony and nice and light. The breakfast buffet was superb, lots of choices, fresh produce and home made dishes. The pool and sun lounge area were really beautiful and perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views over the town and sea. There’s a staircase taking you to the beach and town in just a couple of minutes. The staff are lovely and helpful and give a warm welcome.

We missed being able to buy snacks like crisps and nuts at the bar, but this is a very minor point!

The staff was exceptionally friendly! Lovely options for breakfast. Not far from city centre.

We could hear other guests walking in the corridor and moving in their bedrooms in the early hours when we still sleeping.

Very friendly and professional staff, great location, superb breakfast and very nice swimmingpool area. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. secure storage for bikes and cozy seating area in front if the hotel to take a coffee or fix your bike. Rooms (standard) were basic and clean. We really appreciated the small balcony where we could sit outside and take off our biking clothes.

If there is anything to be criticised than the standard rooms were outdated (still with charm) and dbl beds are 2 sgl put together.
