Modern and comfortable room, with a sea front balcony and a great shower. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, with no cooked option, but that was fine for us.

They advertise the hotel as being tailored towards those coming to the area for mountain biking, and we had hoped the hotel would be able to give us information about bike hire. Unfortunately, the receptionist knew little, and the website she directed us to didn't exist. Be prepared to find this information yourself, although that was easy enough.

The location is right by the beach which is nice. We needed to stay 2 nights but they didn't have the same room available for the 2 nights so we stayed in one room one night and then switched rooms. The first room was the "family" room. It was noisy and the AC was not working so it wasn't so great. The second night we stayed in an ocean view room which was fantastic with working AC so we had a completely different experience from one room to another. The breakfast was great and on a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.

Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. We arrived a bit earlier then expected and the receptionist made an earlier check in possible. Breakfast was good, especially in terms of value for money. But also nothing special. Rooms were very nice, clean and modern. Bike storage was well good, tools and bike stand were available. The bike cleaning facility was very helpful as we experienced pretty wet and muddy conditions. I would definitely book the hotel again.

Location is excellent. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff was excellent. Room was excellent. Shower was excellent.

Parking is a bit of an issue. HVAC still set on winter mode so keeping the windows open brings in some street noise but nothing too bad.

Breakfast good and with good options. Room is well furnished, just a bit small in size for the corridor. Bathroom is nice with big shower. Location is very interesting, very close to the see with all the comfort needed.

Doors are a bit noisy when closing, and in the morning with huge number of people moving around you risk to wake up a little earlier than expected.

Stayed at the Medusa for a mountain bike weekend with friends. We had booked individual double rooms for single use and they were a good size for that. The rooms have everything you need for a weekend stay - I really liked the rainfall shower! The hotel also offers a generous breakfast buffet as well as secured bike storage at the back of the building (away from the street). Car parking can be booked separately and is about a 2 min walk away from the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, right at the beach front and in close walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. The main bike infrastructure is only a short pedal away in Finalborgo.

Nothing really to dislike. If anything, the rooms are on the smaller side if the room is shared. Also, the location on the beach front can be difficult to reach by car as there is only limited parking, even to load/unload.

My room was amazing, very nicely appointed.

I think breakfast could be a little improved for Vegetarians. But the breakfast for non vegetarians was undoubtedly excellent.

Bike friendly

The main display for the room would get very colorful/bright when changing the AC. A bit bright when adjusting during the night, but really was not a issue.

Super clean, breakfast was good, location was amazing- close to the beach and good food. apartment was modern, simple and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!
