The place was simple but good enough for a quick stay. We stayed one night only for a flight in the early morning the next day. Arrived at night and the hostess got there to welcome us. She didn't speak English so it wasn't easy but she tried.

It is unfortunate that even when it is so close to the airport, taxis will charge 25-30 euros (cash of course...) to take you there. I know it is not up to the B&B, but it is something to consider, since I was expecting to stay close so I wouldn't have to spend too much time or money in and out of the airport.

Unwittingly, my wife and I missed our flight, and we had to urgently find a place to stay for the night. I looked at several offers on Booking.com and came across this excellent B&B. The location is ideal because it is close to the airport - only 7-8 km from it. The city center can be reached in no more than 10-15 minutes by car or bus (which are very regular). Inside this B&B, you don't even need to use lighting, because the rooms and everything in it glow with cleanliness and comfort. I am super satisfied with the hosts, and on my next trip to Italy, I will certainly know where to stay in a clean, comfortable and cozy place. The TV has a flat screen, there are also electric blinds, which in the summer heat are a great addition to the air conditioner, which when turned on for minutes in the room becomes cool and pleasant. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Rome, as location, price, comfort, hospitality, and amenities. The owner (Andrea) and his team are super friendly, and if I didn't have a flight I would like to stay here for longer. Everything is wonderful and there are no complaints. The coffee machine makes excellent espresso, lavatsa, and other types of coffee. There is also a kitchen where you can prepare something yourself. It's just wonderful. Many 4 and 5 star hotels can not cover the amenities and comfort of this B&B and half. We are satisfied and thank you for everything. Wait for us again. Plamen Lilov & Yang Liu.

There is not a single thing about this B&B that I DON'T like. Everything was superb

Very comfortable and clean. Close to airport and a 15min walk to the beach area, where there are some bars and restaurants for a meal. Good coffee machine. Perfect for a night before an early flight the next day. I would recommend using their pickup service, which is cheaper than a local taxi or Uber from the airport. The owner was very helpful in arranging a pick up from the airport in the middle of traffic chaos due to an accident.

Perhaps a small breakfast to be available (maybe a simple pastry?) as it is advertised as a B&B, but not a big issue if leaving for an early flight

It's close to the airport, and the bedroom I got was super cute and super clean! Overall the room was comfortable. I also took the shuttle to/from the airport, and the driver (Maurizio) was just fantastic! He's so friendly, chatty, and he even recommended a nearby restaurant (which was very affordable). Maurizio pretty much took care of the check-in/check-out. I'd say it's an affordable place if you want to stay near the airport. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wonder around the neighborhood.

The pillow in the room is hard, so it took me sometime to adjust. Also, they take a bit of time to respond to email inquiries, so I was a bit concerned at first. It's best to call them over the phone to get a quick response. However, I'd like to reiterate that I had a pleasant stay.

Our host really made us feel like we were important guests. He even got up at 3 am to drive us to the airport. Good location. Good value.

There was no breakfast. We had to leave too early but that was ok because neither of us cared to eat at 3:30 AM. Maurizio, who picked us up at the airport and took us back the next morning was wonderful. Friendly, efficient. He advised us to leave earlier than we had intended the morning of our flight. It was excellent advice! Extraordinary of him to rise and drove us to the airport at 4:15 AM. There was a nice kitchen area with a coffee maker, which was much appreciated. There was also a lovely sitting area outside our room where we had a bit of dinner. There is a grocery store and pizzeria within walking distance. Very convenient for the night before an early morning flight.

The kitchen/common room area shared a wall with our room that was right against the bed. When someone came in to use the areas, the sounds carried into our room and it was difficult to get to sleep while that was going on. We were in bed early because of our early flight, so it was disconcerting not to be able to get right to sleep.

Very clean, owner really nice, owner will drive you to the airport and made it very convenient and easy as well as better priced than a taxi. Great if you are staying a night to get to the airport. We walked to the beach and had drinks and then dinner by the ocean and kids got to swim.

Didn't bother us at all but if you like really quiet you can hear people outside and dogs barking alittle bit plus if any people come in late at night since it is a B&B.
