Hotel Chopin

The room was really big compared to what we have seen in whole of Italy in our visit. Clean + Comfortable + Host/Manager was good in terms of support. Airport transport service is also very good.

Slightly remote and not sure how easy it is to visit Rome city center from this hotel without paying too much on commuting via taxi or other means. From Airport perspective its good option.

5 mins from the airport, lovely little hotel with friendly staff.

The staff was fantastic. We got stuck because of missing a flight in Rome. So we were exhausted and found this hotel and selected it to stay in. Things near the airport were 400 € to 700 € for a night, so this was this was much better. They had a 3 pm. check-in, but it was 11 a.m., and we had been traveling from the U.S. and were very tired. We checked right in and got to rest, which was fantastic. Older property but very clean, and all facilities worked fine. Our roo. Looked as it had been refurbished recently with new tile and bathroom facilities. Also the restaurant was closed on Sunday when we were there but they were able to provide a simple and wonderful dinner for us wiry travelers and made the stay even more positive. It is not a 4-star place but was clean and had all of the necessities. And I can not say enough about how great the staff was in taking care of us while there.

Well this place is very unique...when we arrived I was not sure I did a good choice on booking.com...but once there is was the most unusual place I have ever been too...the place was full of antiques...the minute you walked in the door... Antiques are everywhere in the dining room and the breakfast area...friendly staff..and even a friendly pet mascot..the rooms very simple...beds comfortable...they made us feel at home...we came in after 2pm..and they made us something to eat...had a drink and sat outside in the patio and admired the flowers ..the breakfast was unbelievable..there was always 9 different pastries..and they opened early for us..because we were leaving before they opened...I would probably go back..if I ever go to Rome ...

Just one small thing the washroom would need a stole or counter where you can put your stuff..when having a shower.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming (special shoutout to Salim and Ali). I needed a place to stay over night near the airport, my flight arrived late (around 3am) and they were super helpful and accommodating. They were really responsive on WhatsApp for questions too. The room was spotless and clean, and the hotel overall has a quirky and unique aesthetic which makes it feel special and not just a layover spot. Would highly recommend, especially to those looking to arriving on a late flight and looking to catch a flight the next morning.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast (mostly sweet but with option to have cheese, ham etc too), amazing coffee, reception 24/7 always quick to respond, AC in room,, restaurant for dinner with very good food... It doesnt pretend to be a 5 star hilton, so if you expect golden pigs being served, then choose a different place, but it was overall very nice place to stay and good if you want to experience more of Italian culture.

Room was satisfactory in overall. Breakfast - well served with different options on pastries and quantity served to one's satisfaction. Airport - satisfactory I loved the displays within the hotel that provides a museum feel of environment for those who love such. The hotel is a museum on its own with plenty to see around while there. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Not a single negative comment to give concerning my visit while there.

Spiderweb in the room was creepy

I was staying here only 12 hours between flights. Reception works 24 h, room is very clean, service is polite, speaks English very well, and they even call me at 5:00 to remind me that I have taxi for 15 minutes which is a very nice gesture. Location is very close to airport.

On their page it says that they provide shuttle service 8 euros at period od 04-06 am. But when I asked for transport to airport on check in, they offered me to order a taxi for 30 euros and said that shuttle doesnt drive so early. It would be okay that they correct their website.
