Breakfast was terrible and short. Not at all compatible with the hotel standards. Not many choices. I opened the bread box and flies came out of it. They only allow to choose ONE plate from kitchen (pancakes, eggs, omelet, avocato toast). Why that limit on such an expensive hotel for rich boat people?? Staff from bistro restaurant not very nice. At lunch, they forbid a group to eat inside (they wanted to avoid the heat) because “those tables were ready for breakfast”. Tomorrow’s breakfast.

We stayed for two nights prior to our long haul flight from Roma to Melbourne, Australia. This resort is so much better than staying at the airport. The location on the riverfront provided fresh air, peace and quiet and interesting views. The pool area was a haven in the warm weather and loved the bar adjacent to the river and pool area. Two restaurants on site meant we did not have to venture out.

The circular staircase which was the only way to go up and down from our room. Thank you to the staff who carried our luggage up and down. I think the resort should invest in updated staircases!

Great variety at breakfast and excellent dinner options. Friendly and very helpful servers. Setting was beautiful overlooking the gardens with pool in one direction and the river in another direction. We enjoyed the pool and sitting in the pool area. Office staff were helpful and very responsive.

I didn’t realize that because of the river the location was at a distance from downtown Ostia

Winding down two weeks in Italy, this was the perfect location to do just that. it was like a Caribbean resort feel near the airport. food in Bistro was nice overlooking the water. The pool was very lovely and large and this was what drew us to the resort.

For us, it was difficult to locate the shuttle pick up from map provided. I would leave messages and staff were not quick to answer.

The room and the pool was fabulous.

The menu at the restaurant was not very appealing. Also, they advertise that they have bikes for use but the bikes are old and falling apart. They still worked, but my son was covered in grease from one of them. One of them had no brakes and they couldn’t find the keys for the locks.

Great location close to airport but didn't feel like it. We booked a stay for one night to catch a plane home the next day but the accommodation was so lovely I could happily have spent another night. Great place to wait for flight home, pool, gym, walk along the marina - perfect! Friendly Staff.

Location amazing if you want to enjoy the beach also.along with the landmark of Colisium. But trom and to the main attractions was a but far we liked very much . Beds super comfortable, bathroom were big, awesome view . Breakfast no many choices very limited.

Overall excellent! Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service. Great service altogether. They even made us sandwiches at the front desk since we came during hours when restaurant was closed and still had a few hours till it’s opening. Small gesture that had a lasting impression.

Small boutique hotel with only 9 rooms very well appointed. Glorious pool and grounds set on the waterfront. Building looks like a Roman estate. They have a 8 euro p/p shuttle to and from the airport. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Great place to stay to recover from long haul flight! Great place to stay with kids....pool is wonderful

Loved everything about this place!

This is a close-to-the-airport location in what is largely an industrial area (near where the river meets the sea). Lovely grounds and facilities. Beautiful pool.

As a final stop before flying out of Rome it was perfect, but this is not a tourist location.
