I did not expect to find a Kitchen and I was so pleased to be able to make a cup of Tea. My first one for five days as this was not made available where I stayed in Rome. my Bedroom with a queen bed with very high ceiling and I could just about see the tops of the mountains. I was able to have chats with other guests in the Kitchen all very friendly. The location was very good less than a 2 minute walk to the tram and this took me right in to the Centre. All very easy. and even better still with getting back to train centre with my luggage by tram. no Taxi required.

Nothing bad it was just that my Taxi Driver took me to the back of the property, with no indication that it was the right building. However, one phone call to the apartment assured me it was correct and to meet them at the front of the building. Everything afterwards went very well.

I liked everything and met expectations. The location, in my opinion, is convenient. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a multi-storey building. A clean and quiet area, a large shopping centre and a grocery supermarket are nearby. Immediately the stop of the tram going to the centre. You can walk from the station in 40 minutes, by tram - in 10 minutes. Breakfast was renewed daily - rolls, jam, Nutella, and cookies. You can prepare coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. Paolo was friendly and explained everything in detail. Showed the route from the residence to the centre on the map.

I liked everything. It is necessary to understand that this is not a hotel, but a type of B&B accommodation. Therefore, you will hear the neighbours. We were lucky with neighbours and it was not noisy. The bathroom had a balcony, it's convenient, but be aware of mosquitoes and provide yourself with room repellants.

We lived in a room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. There is no air conditioning but there was a fan. It was quite comfortable and not hot at night. Although in Florence the daytime temperature was +34. The apartment is comfortable, the owner is friendly. The room left us nice cookies and jam and water. Traveled by car, the car was parked near the house. On weekends, parking near the house is free. In the courtyard of the house parking is paid 7 days a week. Everything was amazing. I recommend

Location was excellent , very easy to get to our place , to say it had a shared bathroom we had no problems with anyone , the metro was 5 mins away & same with the supermarket , room was big & comfortable , bathroom was big & clean , only 6 or 7 stops to the centre of Florence . Breakfast was basic but good . Everything was available in the kitchen. We loved our stay . It was like living in a very cosy apartment .

Nothing negative

Amazed by Paolo! He is welcoming and kind even though it took us a bit time to find the room. Paolo has provided us with a variety of food for breakfast, ranging from strawberry yogurt, orange juice, milk, biscuit, bread, jam, nutella spread, chocolate powder, coffee, and fruits. This has exceeded our expectation for a simple breakfast selection and Paolo has explained to us patiently on what to visit in Florence. Loving the hospitality and thanks again Paolo!

Location wise, you have to take a 10 minutes tram ride from city center - this sucks because it only operates until 12:40 and you cannot really enjoy Florence's night life! If you miss the tram, you have to wait an hour for the bus service or walk 30 minutes by foot to the room.. (we have tried.. not recommending it).

the room was very comfortable, tidy, clean and silent

the only thing i did not like is that i did not has answer when i asked about the possibility to leave the lugage and pick it up later. i had to carry with my luggage the whole day

The host (Paolo) was really great and gave us exactly what to do in the city and when to do them. Room was clean and Paolo went out and got breakfast items for us every morning.

The only thing was the shower had no ventilation and had a bit of mold

The location is perfect. It's close enough to the centre to be convenient but far enough away to not be to noisy. There are also shops and a park near by. Accommodation was well kept and has everything you would need.

The apartment is near public transport that can take you anywhere in Florence and the surrounds. There is also a supermarket, walking distance from the property. Paolo will sort you out with breakfast and snacks, daily!

The apartment is shared with two other rooms so the comfort of your stay is to a certain extent dependent on who you have as roommates.

The location was good,everything is near. Paolo was very kindly and gelp us with the map,explain us how to go and see a places of interests.

The breakfast was poor (only sweety). The WC was common with other residents.
