Very clean, breakfast is good, the tast of coffee is wonderful, it made of a coffee machine👌👌👌, no "automatic". interiors are old but the bed is perfect and comfortable

I wanted to go to walk for a hotel from the airport))), but at night i could not find a way. Thank you god) and called a taxi at the airport Florence and only 12euros i paid for taxi. I think I should call taxi without looking for any way)))

Located in a great place outside the heart of the city but close enough to hop a street car that goes directly into Florence. Free parking in a lot that is fenced off and designated just for the hotel. Felt comfortable that my car was much safer here than parking it on the street. I was also able to leave my car in the lot the day I checked out so I could spend another day in town. Room is basic and clean. Connected bathroom was nice. Front desk personnel were great. Although busy much of the time, they gave full attention to each guest next in line, answering questions and taking care of the guest. They speak English well, in addition to a few other languages. They also sell tickets for the streetcars. Delighted to find this hotel has a lift. Although I was only up one floor, it was so nice not to have to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Breakfast is perfect: breads, meats, cheese, juices, yogurts, etc. - typical breakfast most hotels serve.

Tax was not mentioned on booking app it said all tax uncluding in the price yet they asked for 18euros tax additional Room had a door seperator with the next room which will be a problem if we were to have loud next door guests. Balcony was declined and too scary to stand on

It is good value for money. It is conveniently located next to the highway. Less than 10 minutes away from the exit. Parking is included. There is a cozy, nice restaurant next to it that has a surprisingly good cuisine!

Some very minor details in the room that could be fixed. Like the blinds.

The room was perfect for a solo travel, I stayed only one night . The price was really good, and also included the breakfast.

It's 30-40 minutes away from the center, but i didn't go as a tourist so was ok anyway.

Friendly and helpful reception gentleman. Speaks several languages. Outside it appears a basic hotel but the room ,beds ,bedding and towels were very good and everything clean. Free parking is a bonus for us and only a few minutes walk to the tram stop into the city. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence

It was very clean, comfortable. We are travelling in Italy for two weeks and it’s the first place where were fresh buns (sounds funny but I missed already good sandwich with fresh bun, I got it here 😁)

The free car park is great and the location - 3 minutes walk to the T2 tram stop which brings you directly to Florence city centre. The hotel room and private bathroom were very clean.

Air conditioning system is very old - takes a long time to cool the room and is very loud.

Free parking. Easy to access tram and 8 stop away from City Center.

Air condition performance was bad. And it makes too much noise. Limited Breakfast. There was no egg.

It was clear in the room and bathroom. Good breakfast.
