From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how friendly the staff was! They gave us a tour and told us the best routes to take, explained amenities etc. Breakfast view was breathtaking and the servers always made us laugh and you could tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Can’t wait to come back!

The restaurant manager will try to get you to buy the most expensive bottle of wine, gets kind of pushy like a car salesman.

Absolutely beautiful hotel just a few kilometres from the centre of Florence. The staff couldn’t do more for us,the whole of our stay. From telling us about the city national holiday and where to go to enjoy with the locals, to letting us leave our luggage all day on our final day where we could use the pool and shower before heading home- after check out! If you stay here please make the most of using the phone they provide in your hotel room, we took it out with us for the day which helped us get around the city, plus easier to book taxis and buses through. Finally we hired an electric vesper which was the highlight of our holiday. We could easily get around the city or in the hills and had the most amazing meal at Coquinarius, the best food we had all weekend

Very good atmosphere of the hotel in a nice place. If they focused on the details, it could easily become a 5* hotel.

They don't clean the pool, it's full of slimy algae. The choice of food for breakfast does not correspond to a 4* hotel.

Its a beautiful resort just outside Florence and the view of Tuscan countryside and the surrounding mountains was terrific. We stayed in the Deluxe suite and could not have asked for a better room. Michael was so so helpful and friendly especially when showing us the bus routes for which he actually came along with us (as we didnt have our own car). He helped us get our tickets to Uffizi too. Staff on the whole was really nice and always had a smile for everyone; they arranged taxi cabs for us whenever we requested them.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. We popped into the main city of florence but really just enjoyed our relaxed mornings with a view and swimming in the pool. It was super clean, the restaurant was also great. Super kid friendly- we have two kids and everyone was super kind. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

It is far from the city center but they organised taxis for us when we needed them. Also the in house laundry service is expensive. We used a local laundromat but getting a taxi back to the hotel was super difficult (so my husband walked 45 minutes uphill back to the hotel). Otherwise, everything is perfect.

It was an experience to remember. Nestled atop a hill, this charming hotel offers an exceptional view that simply takes your breath away. First and foremost, the panoramic view from the hotel is truly mesmerizing. The rooms were equally impressive. They were not only nicely decorated but also impeccably clean and well-maintained with large windows that allowed ample natural light to filter in. The staff were very nice and friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every need. They tried to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and professional demeanor truly made us feel like valued guests.

The road leading to the hotel require a bit of navigation and careful driving, I believe it is a small price to pay for the splendid view and tranquility

Nice resort in a beautiful piece of the Florence hills. You overlook the city and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. Parking was underneath the building, really friendly staff, very big rooms, clean, windows from ceiling to floor, kitchen, infinity pool, etc. We also really liked the restaurant, located at the pool on the property. The overall vibe is a very private resort with only a small amount of suites, although you still get everything you would expect. They were also very sweet to our one year old, the child's chair was already there every time we went for dinner, the children's bed was set up for him when we arrived. Really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect location for our Florence visit. We will definitely be back in the future :)

If I really have to find something, it would be that only a rather small area around the pool for the sunbeds is tiled. The other area is grass (and soil), this is not so nice to walk on without slippers since your feet get dirty. I guess this could be easily improved in the future with some tiles or another material.

My room has a great view. The room facility is good and comfort as well. Their staff are very helpful especially I want to thank you Andreliana. She introduced everything about the hotel, and the transportation to the attractions. When I reuired an extra bedding she also organised to have it done immediatley. She is very patient to all the questions.

The resort is situated approximately 6-7 kilometers from the old town. Additionally, I highly recommend placing a sign near the side entrance that guests use to enter and exit the resort. During my first visit, I arrived at night and had difficulty finding the entrance since I did not have a signal on my phone. It was a bit unsettling for me.

We loved everything about Eden Rock. This is an incredible location! We were needing a rest after a very busy 6 weeks of travel. Everything is here. We didn't need to go anywhere else. Food is good. View is outstanding. Rooms are big, airy and spacious. People are so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. I swam everyday. I cannot express how much I love this place. If we are ever back in Italy again..... We would definitely be visiting Eden Rock Resort.

Location is quite far from the center and it was very difficult to get around. We had a car, but Firenze has a very messy set of ZTL rules that basically don’t make the life of one who has to drive easy. So if the purpose of your trip is to stay there and go to the center, get ready in advance to book a parking lot or to leave at least 1 hour spare before heading to the center to go by bus.
