Amazing staff! So friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was great- outside of city center but easily accessible due to the very convenient tram. Breakfast available every morning with a variety of tasty items. Beautiful grounds- lots of acreage with typical Tuscan landscaping and plants. Our room was huge! We stayed in the suite with private entrance. Had a full kitchen (convenient) as well as a washer so we could send some items needing laundered through.

The walk to and from the tram was a little scary- not the fault of the B&B at all- just a very narrow road with very fast drivers and no sidewalk.

we loved villa Incontri. it was the by far the best hotel we stayed in during our own Italy trip. Roberto was amazing from check in to check out. He recommended local restaurants and provided us with a tram ticket, even dropped us to the tram so we wasn’t late for our reservation one evening. We stayed in the studio apartment which was amazing as it has everything you could ever need. We stayed in one night and made our cheese/meat board and it was lovely having a decent kitchen and dining area. Plus it even had a little garden and Roberto being the best host even set up a candle to try stop the mosquitoes. 10 out of 10 would recommend and if I ever went back to Florence I would stay here again

Roberto and Francesca are lovely hosts! They were so welcoming and you can tell they cared about their guests very much. Francesca made us fresh coffee and eggs every morning and was even kind enough to turn on our heater in our apartment when she knew we were coming back late. The property is absolutely gorgeous and rustic - I would love to come back again!

This beautiful villa is tucked away just a 10 min walk from the Main Street and restaurants and public transport are easily accessible. However, the pedestrians share a walkway with local traffic so that might be a safety concern due to blind spots and the occasional vehicle whizzing down the road. Something to keep in mind if travelling with strollers, pets, or wheelchairs

Armonie di Villa Incontri was incomparable. The owner, Roberto, was welcoming, friendly, and very generous, and graciously supported our late check in after our flight was delayed. The room was spectacular, clean, and very comfortable. Our stay included a delicious breakfast that accommodated our vegetarian/vegan diets, and we spent the day admiring the idyllic grounds. I can't rate this B&B, and its owners, highly enough.

From the moment we were warmly greeted by Roberto, we felt very at home. Francesca is just as wonderful, warm and so helpful. Nothing is too much for these hosts. The spread at breakfast is so abundant, with a good variety to meet everyone's taste. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and having the outdoor space was perfect to bask in the sun. The grounds of this 17th century accommodation are lush and beautiful for a lovely stroll. The tram line is a 7min walk that takes you into the heart of Florence within 15min. Very convenient.

If you choose one of the loft apartments, which is spacious and lovely, know that the loft is a very small space and difficult for anyone above average height to feel comfortable.

Roberto was an excellent host who has created a brilliant b&b out of his family's ancestral home. The breakfast had quite a lot to offer and he made us scrambled eggs fresh if we wanted them. The same goes for coffee. Roberto gave us great recommendations for restaurants and could answer all questions we had. The villa was clean and it is a bit of an escape from the busy city of Florence without being far away (about 15 minutes by tram + the walk to the station). The tram comes every couple of minutes. If you are travelling by car, villa Incontrie is perfect, as parking is included. We had a great time, and can definitely recommend this place!

Three friends and I were traveling through Italy for holiday. From the moment we set eyes on Villa Incontri we know we picked the right place! It is filled with charm at every turn. Just far away enough from the city, yet close enough to get to the center of Florence easily and quickly. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was beyond amazing! We felt like part of the family by the time we left.

It was just a little hard to find in the dark, but other than that it was perfect!

A lovely property in the grounds of the old Villa Incontri, only a few hundred meters from the tram stop into Florence (only 1 Euro 50cents) making it a perfect base to explore the city. As members of a very old noble family, Roberto and Mina Incontri are a lovely couple who welcomed us into their home, Roberto also recommended an excellent nearby restaurant where they eat regularly themselves.

It rained A LOT! (Probably not their fault or under their control.)

The Villa is beautiful and peaceful yet with super easy and quick access to Florence and its tram line. Roberto and his family were truly gracious and wonderful host. I felt like I was being treated like family. Our apparetment was lovely and well appointeded. I cannot recommend this B&B enough. If I ever make my way back to Florence I will certainly being staying here again.

Breakfast was great. Room had a loft and upper bedroom- though with a low ceiling.- very large room , but watch your head.! Washer in unit

location is about 15 minutes by tram to the city center which allows the property to be in a large wooded area in Florence, pretty amazing. The one downside is the 10 minute walk to the tram involves walking on a one way street with no sidewalks. just be extra careful of the traffic
