Everything, Bruna is a great host, she makes you feel home! She really takes care about every single detail, she replies to your messages fast to help you whenever you need anything. The place is clean, spacious, and nice with a really comfy bed. There's coffee and tea available in case you want some. This place is located in the best area in town, near the train station and surrounded by beautiful shops, restaurants and bars.

Absolutely fantastic B&B! Great location on a very quiet street in the old town of Frascati. Big room, very nicely furnished, a large and new hard bed; so well insulated that no need to run AC even if temperatures are in the low 30s. In the corridor there is a lavazza cafe machine and water, breakfast is in a great bar nearby. But probably the best of all is the owner who not only is super friendly and very responsive on WhatsApp but also genuinely cares about her guests: I've had two issues during my stay (a medical one and a cancelled flight) and she has helped me a lot with solving the troubles! Altogether a highly recommended place!

The host was very friendly and approaching, and the room was excellent, equipped with small things that are missing in many other properties but which make your stay even more enjoyable, I liked it a lot.

Breakfast is served in a bar around the corner and everything was great there, except that they are serving only croissants. Croissant was delicious and I liked it a lot, but if you don't like such kind of food there is not much else to choose.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, she even prepared our rooms earlier due to our schedule change. The rooms are clean and spacious, will all facilities. In the hallway there's always amazing coffee and tea / water and the outdoor terrace is great for spending time in the evening. Breakfast was at 50m from the room and included a cofee / capuccino and a croissant / something sweet (typical italian colazione). The hotel is right in the center and has everything you need close by: restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. The parking is tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby, at Piazza Bambocci. Will revisit if we come again. Grazie!

it is located in the very city center; easy to reach by car, too; the very big deal is the possibility to get darkness in the room: quite impossible to find out wherever; the breakfast is a very good "bar" very close, but you can help yourself with coffee and tea in the B&B. Even if it is in a very central point of the city, it is very silent. The owner is a very kind lady

just to give a suggestion to get better: the bathroom is a italian one, complete, but the bidet is a bit uncomfortable to use

The best cappuccino I had in Frascati was the one I got for breakfast. I loved that I had so many options to choose for from breakfast. It was fresh and the location was lovely. Right in the town heart. The place is close to all the attractions, hotels and bars. And Bruna oh my god no words. She is one wonderful lady, very helpful, humble and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay in Frascati. and you have to meet Bruna too.

Everything! The owner could not be nicer: she met us in the public parking at 11 pm and help us to bring our luggage to her B&B. the location of B&B is perfect right in the very center of Frascati.

And also 10+ goes to...Bruna, the super host, she is very friendly and helpful. The bedoom and also the bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.....we will surely return.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean with extra towels and bedding present. The air conditioning worked well and the modern decor provided a pleasant environment for vacation. The bathroom size was excellent, plenty of plugs in the room, and great ideas for the new tourist needing transportation and location assistance was available in the community area. Metro was only a six-minute walk away. The host was prompt and welcoming to meet us for check-in, but not on site. However, she will reach out on What's App too and uses English if needed. Community patio available for smokers.

Narrow staircase to reach room w/no elevator option. Paid public parking.

I loved the kindness of the owner, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Italians clean the trash in the night time, which is quite loud :)
