Absolutely loved the hotel! The reception staff were amazing especially Germana and Martina, I didn’t get to ask anyone else’s name but everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The cleaner was an absolute star! We came to Italy for our anniversary and although we had planned to go to Rome the station was a bit far and out of our budget but we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff

Breakfast was okay could be better with its option, one of the breakfast staff greeted everyone but us and avoided us but I’m not going to let that bring down our feedback

It was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

They have 2 parking lots, one from the highway where you'll get an entrance ticket and you'll have to pay when you check out and leave with the car from the hotel. It is a little confusing not to get a fine since I was entering the highway today and exiting tomorrow. In order to avoid it, after 10 hours since the check in I decided to drive the car for about 9 minutes and take it to the second parking lot which is separated by a fence. I paid the highway after 10 hours and everything was alright so probably is safe to pay even after 24 hours.

The rooms are nice, water pressure in the shower was good and the water itself hot. Close to Ciampino airport

When we arrived the room was slightly cold, but the air conditioning heated it well and quite quickly. If you’re driving from Rome not very convenient to get to the hotel since you have to make a quite long detour as there are no U-turns on the highway.

If you travel by car you need to turn around on the highway to get to the hotel and pay for tickets. The coordinates of parkings schould be included in the booking is not easy to get in front of the hotel.

The rooms were really clean.

The breakfast is very Italian, with lots of sweets and little to actually eat. And also the hot water was limited, we were ok but had to take the shower a bit faster

Can be a little noisy in the hallways, but you can’t hear anything from the adjacent rooms.

it is important for me that there is a separate towel for the face, but there is only one large one for the whole body. I recommend giving out a set of several towels to the followers. And, the soundproofing is not very good.

Location is fine if you are on a journey and stop for a day or two as it is located on the motorway, less so for a longer stay as far from town and need a car

Navigation takes you to a back gate that you can’t drive through. You have to go to the Frascati Area Servizio to actually be able to drive in and park near the lobby.
