Great location, right in the middle of town in a grand old building. The decor and shower were a little quirky but I just found it endearing. TV had movie and sports channels. The guy was very friendly and let me drop off my bag before check in.

Wow, what a beautiful 100 years old building at the middle of the city,noise was expected anyway I wasn't bothered with it, place is super clean, the receptionist Michael was very kind and helpful, he spend time and effort helping me finding a solutions of my lost car key, the building has very positive feeling somehow it was very pleasent, next visit to Genova I woul definitely book a room again for a longer period

The location is fantastic. The building looks amazing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was fairly comfortable, very clean. The bathroom was of decent size, very clean again. There is no parking space in front of the entrance, on a very busy street, and you need to spot instructions to the hotel, as they are not very visible. But I think this is a good value for the money, all considering.

Bed was 2 bad matresses together Private toilet outside the bedroom and shared sink Windows didnt have blinders but there was not much sunlight because it faced the lobby between 4 buildings

- We stayed in room 3 and there is a toilet that makes strange sounds when use water, but you get used to it very quickly. - You can hear everything. - Late check-in hours.

Great! Michael is kind and helpful and works hard, long days, keeping the place nice. Comfortable bed, great having a small refrigerator, and opening the shutters gives one a great feel for the Day in the Life Genoa (Genova) vibe.

What's not to like given Michael, price, what the room provides (especially a small refrigerator) and location?

It is located one of the Main Street of Genova, in a historical building. Has a nice little balcony and it was nice watching the outside. The guy working on the reception was responsive and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay.

That would be nice to have a second chair in the room since we both were working online. It would be also useful for enjoying with the balcony for the double room. But I wouldn’t say it was a problem. Everything was nice.

The person in the front desk was very nice and the room is huge and confortable. We got jacuzzi in the room, great treat.

The room at night is a little noisy, not too much we could sleep. The parking was full because we reserve on the same day.

Very friendly staff and good location. Room had everything we needed. Smart tv very nice.

you get what you pay for, this place was great for our night in Genoa clean, tidy with aircon the building it’s located in was beautiful
