Friendly staff, room comfy and had everything we needed. Location is central and key to walk around the city. Breakfast was really good and with a good variety of food. If you have large bags, take the elevator in the street level and get into the hotel from the top cause the reception is at the 5th floor.

The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was spaceous, had great air-conditioning, was cleaned daily, and had the best bed I have ever had. The location was right next to the main streets. I would totally recommend and visit again!

While the location is amazing, the hotel was pretty hard to find. When we gave our taxi driver the address, he dropped us off 2 blocks away. A better way to find the hotel is to type the name of the hotel to the navigator, instead of using the address.

Modern hotel, breakfast good for the money payed, interesting idea with the mini shop (drinks, snacks and other stuff you may need like cosmetics) that has good prices, nice terrace where we stayed each night to play games and drink wine. The hotel has 2 exists, on 0 and 5th floor, on different streets, few steps from the main street and center. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, the ac was working fine, cleaning everyday, comfortable bed and pillows (foam and flat, like we are used to).

The only little things I didn't like were the eggs at breakfast (supposed to be scrambled, but were like an egg pudding) and the fact that the curtain was difficult to move and the window can't open more than a few cm because of it, even if it is all in one side.

Location: I took a taxi for 25 euros from the airport to the B&B location, the taxi driver was really friendly and it was a cheap and comfortable drive! Though , I'm from the Netherlands.. a quite flat country, so I wasn't used to walking uphill (ALOT) it was a really great location, located next to the busy shopping street and very closeby the trainstation! All walking distance. So do be prepared to have comfortable walking shoes with you if you going to do alot of walking (up) Staff: The staff is just too sweet! They help you with anything and answer all your questions. They made it as comfortable as possible for me and they even call a taxi for you in the middle of the night (4 am.. cause my flight was going early!). It's a young and flexible team. Room: It was incredible hot outside, so when I stepped into the room, is was just so fresh, with some nice airconditioning! The bed/pillows/blanket was amazing, I could sleep in it for days. Shower was great! Though have to be aware that it can sometimes switch to extreme hot or cold for a second. Other than that, really comfortable stay, with a SMART tv on the wall, so I watched netflix every night haha. On the last night, I couldn't decide to book another room or just stay awake till midnight. But as I asked the team if it was still possible to book a room just for the night, they were so kind to help me out and give me their last room and arrange everything. Breakfast: The breakfast was till 10 am and really nice! They had nice variety of sweet pastries, eggs and healthy granola etc! You could take as much as u wanted and they keep the restaurant clean and neat! You can also sit outside, have breakfast and watch the many swallows that were flying around in the meantime! So beautiful and amazing, I have never seen anything like that. Overall, I am super satisfied with my stay at this place! I want to thank the staff for the very friendly and incredible experience in Genua.

I think the only thing that could have been better, was the shower. When you shower it gets very cold or hot out of nowhere, this happends the whole time. But maybe it has something to do with the eco friendly system the hotel is working with (which I really like!) And it probably needs a little bit of extra check on the seals of the bathroom and corners where there could lay some dust.

The rooms were spacious and modern and aesthetically lovely, however the spaces had been designed more for an over night stay than one for a few days or more. We arrived to three coat hangers and although reception did everything to bring us extra hangers, they had run out of them the first evening. With suitcases of clothes we had to live out of our suitcases a little. The rooms were fantastic with their lighting and air con and facilities but working out how to use them took several days as there were no instructions left to work out the climate system. We didn’t dislike the room or the hotel at all, they were just small improvements that could be made.

Positives - super friendly and helpful staff - good location, close to restaurants, shops and centre and everything - safe parking upstairs close to the police station, paid but not as much as a private parking - small urgent shop at the reception - it was clean and cleaned daily - good price as compared with other locations - initially we took one night and then extended for one more

Less positives - strange curtains at the windows, if you didn’t opened the curtain completely you couldn’t open the window and everybody could see inside - the air con needs a filter refresh because it smelled for the first half an hour - we stayed at 0 floor and it was very loud in the morning starting with 07:00 am - the towels were clean but I believe that because of the humidity they had a certain smell.

Right in the heart of Genova - 10 minute walk from Brignole station - next to the momunment bridge, but up a side street so you don't hear traffic / bars & restaurants. Didn't have breakfast but a nice eating area with views. Benefit (again not used) of a small shop with snacks and toiletries supplies for those that didn't come with

Not a pain point, but a frustration. Room door had a code to remember to access instead of a key, and the front door required you to buzz for access in evenings as opposed to a code / keybard

The accommodation was within walking distance from Genoa train station, about 10 mins for me. Close to shops, and eating places. Within easy walking distance of Genoa city centre, the Zecca Righi funicular station and to the Port The room was clean, bed and bedding comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. Giorgio, Giorgia and Emmanuel were friendly. Emmanuel (I hope I haven't got the name wrong), told me about the Zecca Righi funicular and that it's free. Would stay again if I visited Genoa

Location is very good. Everything is walking distance, there’s plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a Carrefour Supermarket. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There’s also a big new smart TV in front of each bed. Been searching for a while before making the reservation, I think it’s the best option you could get for this money.

I wouldn’t really go for breakfast since there are many pubs nearby. they don’t have a big variety, just standard scrambled eggs and bakery. coffee is really good and foamy though but it’s Italy so it’s expected.

Modern hotel, everything is clean, new furniture and sanitary equipment. Not a bad location as for the city, but far from the sea. Not a bad view but only of the upper floors and from the terrace.

I was initially given a room in the basement, which was different from the one I had booked and uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I am grateful to the hotel staff for finding a room on the 3rd floor which suited me perfectly for one night.
