The location was great and the room itself. There was a great coffee machine (Lavazza) and a bit of cream, jam, crackers, and a few other things for a quick, small breakfast, which was nice to have for a short, overnight stay.

Almost everything was just fine, maybe the price could be lower, but we were there for just a night. The only thing that was a bit problematic was the shower, better said the warm/cold controls. For some reason it was too hard to find a middle.

Easy access from Orio al Serio airport. Very clean rooms. It was so nice to have waterbottles waiting! Very fast communication with the host.

Too cold floor and not possible to regulate the heater. And all night some people made noise, so it was hard to sleep normally before our flight.

Perfect location for flights from Bergamo airport. Easy walkable distance - no trouble for those early flights. Good communication and accomodating check-in process. With nice complimentary snacks. Warm (heated) room. There is an amazing restaurant couple streets away (Ristorante Pizzeria Chef Vincenzio - consider booking, Saturday evenign it was full, but restautrant staff managed to find us a table)!

Bathroom is cold and heated by "aircon" style heater, which is very loud (room itself is really warm). So got a slightly disturbed sleep, as people in other room were waking up for an earlier flight and had this heater on for a little while.

Comfortable and in a convenient location -- close to a bus stop and an easy walk to the airport. Note that, when walking to the airport, there is a pedestrian tunnel under the motorway so crossing it isn't an issue!

While it's obviously not the hotel's fault, it is worth noting that it takes a while to get into the centre of Bergamo by bus, and that buses are a bit infrequent. This is a great option for the airport, but less so for the centre of Bergamo. Obviously, this is not a criticism of the hotel, but is worth considering when looking for somewhere to stay.

Walking distance from airport (it was raining, but a taxi wouldn't take us, we think it was too short a journey). Very clear directions provided ( for on foot) Very clear check in instructions, everything as expected. Plenty of space, a good shower. Bed comfortable, room cool in summer. For the price, it's a great overnight option near to the airport. No frills, but none expected for the price. We arrived after dark and left early, so can't comment on neighborhood, or other parts of Bergamo.

Nothing really - we just wanted a no frills, convenient overnight stay as close to Bergamo airport as possible.

Close to the airport. Very exact directions how to reach hotel on foot ( takes maybe up to 10minutes). Easy check in. Perfect comunication, no delays on sending commercial Invoices (if needed). Coffee and snaks prepeared in the room. All essentials as described. Great advantage of roller blinds that makes the room dark for street light and You can slrep well. Air conditioning in the room. Room with terrace was available. Neighbourhood calm, though its next tobthe street, but not noisy. A restaurant next side of the street so no worries about having dinner.

The head of the bed and the other furniture made of osb wood caught our eye, they looked very stylish. The room was quite big and there was a small basket with little breakfast items laid out. An extra, very soft blanket was provided.

There was an issue with the shower. When we tried taking a shower, the water temperature was very unreliable, going from hot to cold and cold to hot. At some point, we thought we were going to be unable to finish our shower because only ice cold water came out, but just as we were preparing to towel off with soap, the water turned warm (and then hot) again.

After reading the review I was thinking that the room will be very basic and not comfortable but It was just for one night due to late flight. I was very surprised when I arrived. All instructions were sent to me in advance and it was so easy to follow. The room was really great. Warm, clean, even a coffee machine. Bed comfortable.

My only negative comment was a noise. I arrived at 2am so I was really tired and expected to rest before I had to check out. From 5am there was a noise from other guests (I understand that people were catching an early flight but it felt like they were just walking in the corridor talking..). From 7am I believe the housekeeping staff arrived and were dragging trollies very loud and it kept going like this until I checked out. It felt like it was on purpose..

The apartment was very close to Bergamo airport which in my case was because I needed a short stay, as far as the facilities, they are basic: bed, wardrobe, AC and private bathroom. The place was very clean and also quiet, taking into account it is near the airport. The contactless check-in was very important from my point of view because you can come at any hour.

Some basic cutlery, spoons for example, were in need sometimes and also a fridge would be helpful to cool some water or juice in the hot summer.
