My room was perfect fit for 1 person. I could turn up the heater to how I like it. 😅 It was a 10 minute drive from Bergamo airport. Taxi was 20 Euro. Luca fixed a driver for me to get dropped off at the airport for a better price. Bus stop just 2 min walk into Bergamo central. Train and metro to centrum of Milano. It was half the adventure to get there and back. Bergamo centrum is cosy for a visit, and I choose this hotel because it was close to airport and easy and fast to get there if you fly before lunch time.. Best decision for sure. And Luca also made me a great BIG cappuccino every morning 😍

We booked this hotel last minute. The host instantly sent over a video to explain how to enter the property as we were arriving at 2am in the morning. I dropped her a message to ask how we could travel to the train station, she said that she could arrange transfer for 10 euros (we were being quoted 30 euros for a 10 minute drive by taxis!!). Any questions that I had about Italy or any help that I needed the host instantly responded and helped in the best way that she could. The rooms were perfect, with a little balcony. The shower was excellent and so were the beds. I couldn’t recommend to book this hotel enough as everything was perfect. If we are ever in Italy we will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in the hotel only one night before the flight, but everything was great and met or exceeded our expectations, especially outstanding hotel service. Hotel is very close to the airport and not too far from the city centre. Luca exceptional host, one of the nicest we ever met, is very helpful and professional, he provided us with all information regarding public transport and entering the hotel. You can get to hotel by bus no. 6, and from hotel to the airport we used transfer offered by Luca. Not to far from the hotel there is very nice restaurant Osteria La Gasthaus (recommend by Luca)where we had delicious meal, even if it was very late. Thank you!

BergHotel in Bergamo is an outstanding place to stay. The view from our room was really nice. The room itself was incredibly clean, the rooms are equipped with everything you need the hotel felt well-maintained and cared for. The host at Berghotel was truly exceptional. Luke went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and his attentiveness and warmth made us feel right at home. we appreciated every moment spent interacting with him. Overall, I trully, recomand BergHotel. Whether you're traveling for business or Measure I think this hotel offers a really good experience and you have quick access to the bus station that takes you to the center and the bus trip takes very little time.

Location was great for us as we had a early flight to catch and it's very close to bergamot airport. It was also very clean and the man that looks after the place (Luca) was brilliant, he gave us advice about which buses to catch into the city and recommended a great restaurant for us to eat in. He also booked us a taxi to pick us at 4.30am to take us to the airport! Many thanks Luca!!

We chose this hotel when we visited Begamo and were very satisfied. Private parking on the premises. Rooms were nice, clean and big enough. I want to highlight the work of the very nice and helpful receptionist Luca who allowed us to check in early. He took care of everything and kept us informed via whats up. He gave us doble bed room instead twin.Top! Thank you Luca! The bus stop is about 2 mins from the hotel, it's about 20 mins into town plus as Luca advised us a 75 minute ticket will get you to Citta alta ( bus number 1 from Ponte Nuova). I didn't understand the people who were waiting in long queues for the cable car to Citta alta,,the first time we walked and it took a few minutes.

Can not recommend Berg hotel enough, a great base if you visiting Bergamo. Luca was so helpful, transfer from and to the airport was perfect for me as a solo traveller thank you Sergio . The room was comfortable, serviced everyday, clean towels and sheets. Bus stop around the corner to get into Bergamo. Will definitely be back.

close to the airport, easy to get in there. Very convenient check-in, silent neighborhood in the night. all the facilities are in place, good furniture and overall, good looking place.

Not exactly a disadvantage, but the location is close to the road, thus causing some traffic noise in the daytime. I didn’t lower the rating because of that, as if you are looking for a short stay near the airport- that’s a great place indeed!

Room was clean, bathroom with shower, parking next to hotel. We was just one night there - to sleep before early flight. In hotel is no restaurant or bar, but in 10 min walk was nice restaurant where we could eat a dinner.

In the night in our room happened electricity outage. It would not be so important in normal conditions, but outside during the day was +39 and in the night still was very hot, so when in the night air conditioner in our room stoped - we felt that and awake immediately. Unfortunatly no one from the hotel was reachable to help resolve this problem. The night was difficult because I am 8 months pregnant and we had a second child with us. In the morning before the flight we felt very sleepless after night in such hot. But ok - anything can happen. Later the hotel owner called and we spoke about the situation.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big, clean and well kept. Free parking near the hotel, although it is a bit small. Continental breakfast delivered to the room with a very fair price - 5 euro for Hot beverage, croissant, yogurt and juice. Very nice hotel

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. The owner told us to keep the water running for a few minutes but that helped only sometimes (on other days, the water was lukewarm at best) Reception is not 24 hours, since this is a small hotel, but that is also an advantage, due to quiet.
