Anna does such a fantastic job running this little gem in Toscana. Quiet, clean, relaxing…we really enjoyed the pool overlooking nearby vineyards. Breakfast every morning was a lovely touch, and home-cooked dinner is available along with inexpensive Chianti wines for purchase from the bar 24/7. Our room was in a little stone cottage near the rear of the main building, views were unmatched, facilities were excellent, wished we could’ve stayed longer! We actually modified our trip to spend an extra night here, Grazie Mille Anna!

The property is a little “off the beaten path”, but once you get used to driving in Tuscany it’s worth getting to this private oasis.

Everything was perfect at Fagiolari! We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was great, we had an amazing room and everywhere at the B&B you have an beautiful view. You have a lot of choices for breakfast and they do everything to make your stay great. The only thing is that you have to go a bit off road to get to the B&B. For us it was fine. Because of this the B&B is located at an quiet area, what we loved. We will definitely come back!

Amazing place. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Wonderful place in the middle of nowhere. If you need a peaceful beautiful place, this is the place to be! In the evening you hear nothing but the frogs. All is made with love. The breakfast was good and everyday we got a new homemade piece of cake. The owner is helpful, she recommended us some good wine tasting places and authentic restaurants. We loved it so much that we know we will come back.

Beautiful building with nice common living and breakfast/dining rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and cool (there is airconditioning, but we did not need it with ~30 degrees weather at the end of June). The beds were comfortable, breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel/B&B. The pool was clean and had an amazing view, as did the terrace where breakfast was served. Host Anna is very warm, friendly and completely fluent in English. 10/10

The last km to the B&B is a rough road, but should be doable for any car when driving slowly.

Anna and her Team are amazing hosts. If you have the chance to book a room in the B&B you will experience an amazing and outstanding stay. Make sure you book the dinner with Anna in advance, and I can only recommend it. Her cooking is extraordinary, and it was probably the best Italian kitchen I have experienced so far. The team is extremely kind and will make you feel super comfortable. The Facilities are also amazing, and the pool is an absolute highlight. The perfect place for a relaxing and full authentic Tuscan experience.

Make sure you got good driving skills, the road to the B&B is a bit ruff and steep ;-)

the object itself is 10/10 - the view from the swimmingpool area is just the best, amazing, love it!!!

the room we booked (the cheapest) was just dark, moist (the smell of the mustiness) maybe it gets better in the summer- we stayed during april/may- after 3 nights of air- conditioning the smell was a but better, but still not pleasant. also we were not offered a dinner- all of the guests gethered to eat and we were just looking from a common area.

The Tuscan countryside setting with expansive landscape as well as the historical aspect of the house/property.

Understanding it is a very very old home, we would’ve liked a little larger, more updated shower. Getting down the road to the property was a little treacherous with the rental vehicle we had (a small SUV with manual transmission which is fairly standard in Italy but we were out of practice driving a manual). Perhaps if the road was a bit more maintained, it wouldn’t have been any issue.

It was an awesome stay, in the remote parts around Panzano located in the middle of a huge property between olive trees and nature. We really liked the mix of modern amenities like a modern bath, a comfortable bed or mosquito nets in front of the windows, and the old and historic style of the villa itself. Furthermore, Anna has been an amazing host, always friendly and helpful, offering activities in and around Fagiolari. I have to say our expectations were more than matched. If you are looking for a relaxed stay in the middle of nature choose this stay, it was the best we have been at in the recent years.

As stated in other reviews the location is remote, which offers silence, but in turn an adventurous driveway. I liked it, but it is nothing for a first-time driver. Other than that it could be cheaper, but well everything has their price ;).

The owner and staff were warm and welcoming. They were helpful in recommending restaurants and destinations. Great care was given to the fresh food, the setting and decor. The very idea we stayed in an 850 yr old chateau was surreal! We felt like we were in a movie. Anna was an outstanding host!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Fagiolari is a gem, and so is the hostess, Anna. Very beautiful accommodations and grounds and setting. A wonderful breakfast is included. We also took a cooking class with Anna; the instruction and meal was excellent. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful, relaxing experience we had! Anna is attentive to all the details, and you can feel the care. Loved every minute of our five night visit.
