Room lovely & spotless, good towels & toiletries. Evening meal and breakfast were great, fairly priced and the waiter that served the evening meal was friendly and fun, as well as efficient! The breakfast staff were welcoming and polite. Reception staff OK.

Only the fact that there is no outside space at all to enjoy, and sadly on the day we travelled through not much open in the town.

The Hotel is very nice, well decorated and has a goodvibe about it. It's spotless. The breakfast is also very good.

Angela on Reception when we checked out. We had a voucher received by email from The Nord, she wouldn't look at it at all, raised her voice saying loudly that it wasn't from the hotel and we would have to send it to her. It was humiliating as another guest was in earshot waiting to pay. Angela called, I belieeve the duty Manager who confirmed it WAS from the Hotel itself and advisedher to accept the code. She didn't apoligise and her attitude did not refelect the hotel at all. It is the second time we have stayed. Also it was a Sunday and the restaurant wasn't open - which is a shame as it is out of town. Couldn't even get a glass of wine!!

Good location for motorway travellers. Excellent and well-trained staff. Modern comforts - huge bed and walk-in shower, Sky TV and air con. Restaurant food is very good at very reasonable prices and served by smart, multilingual waiters. Buffet breakfast has all you could need. But the special thing is the covered canopy outside the downstairs rooms where your loved one (i.e. your car) can be kept safe.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews it got and quite frankly it exceeded my expectations. I requested a parking spot right in front of my room as I had packed my car with my belongings and wanted to make sure they were safe. The staff accomodated my request and to my surprise I found out that the parking spot was covered from literally all sides. The room was big and the bed by far the biggest I had ever seen in my life, and comfortable as well. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast choices were not the best but did the job ok.

The room included a private covered carport. This was very convenient for loading and unloading the car. Also, the carport had a separate door that could be closed for privacy. It cost a bit more (EUR 9) but was worth it, especially because it was pouring down rain.

This is the very best possible way to take a break on a long journey across Europe. A sone’s throw from the A1 motorway, with vast comfortable beds, amazing shower facilities, a delicious breakfast including the world’s best coffee - and friendly, helpful staff to boot.

It is pricey. But it’s so good!

Despite some complications every staff member we met was very helpful and eager to help us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were sparkly clean. Wifi was surprisingly good (usually I have issues in this regard in Italy). The location is not the greatest when it comes to the scenery (the hotel being next to an industrial area) but the highway is right around the corner so it's great for ease of travel and access. Even though the highway is close and there are industrial buildings nearby, the rooms were quiet and we heard nothing at all. Overall it's good value for money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay for business travel.

The facilities are excellent and the room was very spacious with very good amenities and very well equipped. Spacious and secure parking inside the hotel premises.

If you want to visit Piacenza it is a bit far, but if you want an overnight stay during a trip the location of the hotel is excellent.

Large rooms, great breakfast and service.

Heating turned automatically on during the night even if turned off. Some "less than desirable" guest traffic late at night....with noises....probably due to the location right off the highway and room style (motel rooms have two separate entrances, very comfortable if you have a car but also seemingly very comfortable for late night encounters....

We parked our car in a dedicated space outside our room. It was partially enclosed by a moveable screen. It was very convenient as we didn't have far to unload our car and we could see it was safe. There was also a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
