This B&B is in a terrific location for those wanting to experience local Tuscan village life while still being close enough to Florence for a day trip. The room was comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating; a great choice for both families or solo-travelers wanting a tranquil, but unique stay in Tuscany. Also the views from the terrace are stunning!(make sure to head up during sunset or sunrise).

FYI the breakfast is quite standard(light continental style of course), which was fine for me getting a quick pastry and coffee before heading out, but there's no option for travelers wanting any hot/cooked breakfast foods.

The hotel is beautifully restored and immaculately clean. The room and en-suite bathroom were larger than we expected. The area was very quiet at night, so it was very relaxing. The views of the wooded Tuscan hills from the bedroom windows and from the terrace on the roof were fantastic. It is also a very easy drive from the hotel to Florence (just 12km, so 15-20 mins, depending on the traffic). The breakfast was wonderful - a generous selection of fresh fruit, fresh croissants, toast, eggs, cereals, juices and water. Furthermore, the hosts were very attentive and provided coffee or tea according to our preferences. They are also very relaxed and accommodating if you prefer to take your breakfast up onto the roof terrace and eat there while enjoying the views.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a reasonably priced place, with the ability to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano easily. While the garage was a little difficult to use, since cars had to be in by evening, there was free parking very close by. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

My group was mostly over 70, so the stairs from the ground were long and steep, but manageable. The staff helped with bags. This was not a major hotel chain level, but was clean.

What an amazing experience staying at "The Bellavista Impruneta" ! From the second I entered the hotel I could sense a level of pride in the way everything was spotless, from the stone steps to the highly polished beautiful wooden railings! The owners, Roberta and Giuseppe could not have been more welcoming... Almost like family. They even adored my little Yorkie, JOE! My room, #11, was wonderful as it looked directly over the main Piazza with it's huge Christmas tree and Nativity scene. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom ( neither always guaranteed in ITALY). Perfectly located next to parking, restaurants and cafes! A true GEM! I'm telling all my friends to stay there when visiting FIRENZE!

Right in the middle of the Town. Very clean and comfortable place with atmosphere. The staff is super kind and always ready to help, very professional! Definitely recommended.

Nice and quick check-in. Stuff is allways friendly and available for questions. We loved the Restaurant of Bellavista with it‘s beautiful Garden area.

Nothing to dislike, but a kettle would be nice!

It was a very nice stay in the middle of this small city. The hotel stuff was very helpful, and the hotel restaurant serves good food. The breakfest was typical for italian hotels: tea, coffee, croissants and jam :-)
