The hotel was clean, always smelt fresh and has a lovely pool area. The beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was better than expected for an Italian hotel! Location wise, it was perfect for us. Close to the port and the castle area with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. All the staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble.

If I am being quite picky, it’s a slight annoyance that you have to pay to rent a pool towel. €2 per towel which you can keep for as long as you want but must pay another €2 if you want a fresh one. For such a small fee it wasn’t a deal breaker for us but given the calibre of hotel that they are trying to be, and managing in most cases, pool towels would be nice to have been provided as part of the room price.

Bordering on a lovely park, this resort was perfectly fine. I traveled off season and the resort was not at capacity. Breakfast options (included in my stay) were very good and the spa, despite requiring a reservation due to Covid, also enhanced my one night stay. I spontaneously (again, not in season when this may not be a possibility) booked an aroma therapy massage and I highly recommend the service. It was a highlight of my trip!

It was particularly quiet and I wished things had been a bit more lively. Not the fault of the resort, but more a function of time of the year and a pandemic.

There are not as many hotels available out of season on Ischia so to find this one was a great find. Irrespective of the season this is a fantastic hotel. All the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Indoor 'Spa Farm' has pool, Turkish steam room and pebble walk baths. The in house Restaurant is excellent serving 4 star dining and of course other options are available on the Island. It is well located only a 15 minute walk to the small town by the castle Aragonese or 30 minutes to the port of Ischia. There is a really good bus system for further travels. I would highly recommend you try it! Oh yes, did I mention the excellent breakfast service.

Everything. Especially the terrace at the rooftop, for the aperitive or cocktails after dinner, for the view of the castle. But we didn't have dinner there. And we also loved the breakfast a la carte, avoiding to eat more.

Maybe the first evening, we heard too much music coming from the closest room.

This hotel is a must visit when on the island of Ischia!! If you are a foodie you are in luck, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is one of the best we’ve ate in all of Italy. The staff and service in the hotel were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.
