The location is very good - the port, central street with a lot of shops is 5 min walk. Two beaches are 10 min walk

The smell from the conditioner was very awful, so we have to avoid using it. In the hot weather this is not very comfortable

Staff were awesome, very helpful and kind. Helped us with organising a scooter hire and also with a few other things. The hotel is in a nice location close to good restaurants and shops. Free breakfast was also great.

I found it pretty bizarre that they enforce wearing head caps for their pool but then force you to pay 4€ to get one? Seems like such a scam when you’re already paying the money for a luxurious hotel, and also the head cap rule just made me not enjoy the pool so we didn’t go swimming. Also the bathrooms are in serious need of maintenance, none of our drains worked properly in the sink or shower, and our shower taps were leaking so much they made stains. Also felt like a pretty crummy shower you would find in someone’s cheap rental as opposed to a 4 star hotel.

Hotel located in a super spot next to Main Street (vittorio colonna) that has lovely shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely reception area. Room big and bed comfortable. Bathroom big with great shower, bidet, fluffy towels. Fridge provided. Lovely big wide balcony with deck chairs and table and chairs. Pool clean and big and pool staff friendly and attentive. Spa therapy pool added bonus. Lovely breakfast with delicious coffee and cakes.

Hotel allows pets which is not listed in the details provided by Booking.com I really like dogs but the dogs next to me often woke me early with their yapping.

The locality of the property was excellent, walking distance to everything you need, and buses and Porto. Staff at front of house were extremely helpful and attentive. Always happy to offer assistance.

I didn’t not like anything, but a suggestion would be to have the option of a small pool that is cold, I know that the pool is thermal and meant to be at a certain temperature but on a really hot day all you want if to submerge yourself in some cool water. Bathrooms in some of the rooms really need looking at, I know the property are doing upgrades and I am sure it will happen soon flood by floor.

We really enjoy the nice pool with Mauro a really good pool bar manager! The breakfast was good and the hotel has a great location!

The private beach is a short walk away and not actually attached to the hotel. This is not a negative remark but advising future guests.

The thermally heated outdoor pool is a total bonus. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to the port (local buses are really frequent on the corner if you prefer ). The beach and shops are very close by. The property is very clean, the rooms are huge and the breakfast selection is fabulous. the bedroom balcony is a lovely place to relax. There is a bar beside the pool and an adjacent spa pool area. There is a second heated indoor spa and sauna. The pool is very large with great seating and umbrellas plus lots of lovely outdoor seating. I love the gentle music around the pool and in the dining area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I’m already planning to return next year.

Staff were very friendly and helpful , Elena and Daniella on reception were kind and helpful at all times . We stayed in a junior suite and it was huge , big comfortable bed , clean sheets and towels and room was cleaned every day , also lovely balcony and the all important air con for 30 degrees.Location perfect and quiet but close to everything , Castle 20 min walk away and the port also . beach nearby and shops and restaurants. Pool lovely and staff there also lovely

Room was spacious - beautiful terrace - Breakfast - Nice variety - eggs- fruit- pastry- croissants- great coffee - pretty dining room- great location to walk to restaurants shopping and ferry. Staff very friendly and professional.

$5 to use towel indoor pool- weird picture in room over bed- specifically booked 3 beds - paid extra upgrade and they had to redo bedding

The cleaning staff and pool staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The hotel's position was also in a great location, and the pool was lovely.

I found the SPA procedures really overpriced. The body treatment was amazing, but I was charged far too much for a basic facial.

Last minute change of hotel - (we booked and checked in within minutes) but this was lovely and exceeded my expectations. It was really good value, the room was very clean and contemporary with large balcony. On the doorstep of shops and restaurants, not too far from the port. Helpful staff, pool area is lovely and outdoor thermal pool was great. Breakfast mainly breads and continental style but still was fine. We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely return here again if I can back to Ischia.
